- This is one of my favorite fried chicken recipes. Because the amount of chicken you cook will vary, adjust seasoning accordingly
Chicken Marinade:
Sazon
Salt
Course ground black pepper
Onion Powder
Granulated Garlic
Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
Chicken bouillon
Celery seed
Crushed red pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Hot sauce
Mustard
Buttermilk
Batter:
Flour
Cornstarch
Salt
Course ground black pepper
Onion Powder
Granulated Garlic
Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
Lemon pepper
Celery seed
Crushed red pepper
Fry chicken in grease that has reached 350 degrees and fry 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
Enjoy

Why are you filming in portrait mode? Your recipes look delicious but if you want your channel to grow, youâll have to do better with your filming. Thereâs no reason to film this way, in this time and age.
Youâll be surprised how many people will not watch a video in portrait mode. Take this as a friendly heads-up, not as criticism.
I agree with you that I need to do better with filming. I am new to this whole thing so I am definitely open to help/advice. I have another camera set up I'm working on but I told myself if I wait until everything is perfect, I'll never get started. What set up do you use?

I know youâre new and congratulations on your subs. Iâm one of them. Since youâre just starting off, you donât need to spend money on an expensive camera or set up. Continue to use your iPhone/Phone. Your lighting is good and your audio is also quite good. We can hear and understand what youâre sayingâŠwhich is a very good thing!
Just turn your phone around and film in landscape mode with a tripod. You're doing everything else well. When you begin to grow and start earning some income, then you may think about upgrading to a Canon camera, etcâŠdown the road. I wish you success and much joy in your new undertaking. May God bless and enrich all your effort.
@@cheftoun7701 thank you! I will try that next time. I appreciate you.
@@thehappilymarrieddivorcedw5137,
As much as you can, try to have a schedule and post at least 3 times a week. This will help with the CZcams algorithm and help your channel grow faster. Itâs going to take patience and perseverance but you can do it, since you seem to enjoy cooking.
I believe you are an excellent cook because your finished foods look so yummy and inviting. People will definitely like to see more of that and perhaps learn from you. Iâve said all I want to say. I wish you well!
