"BAY 2 BREAKERS 4K Drone footage"

One of San Francisco's signature events took to the streets Sunday, filling the city with runners attired in salmon costumes, wedding dresses, or nothing. Bay to Breakers, a 12K race from the Embarcadero to Ocean Beach, has been run in the city since 1912. Runners left the starting line at 8 a.m., with the first finishers reaching Ocean Beach in less than 40 minutes. Less serious athletes meandered through the hills of San Francisco, stopping for the occasional tipple. After all, you can't reach top speed while wearing a human-sized Barbie doll box.

Oh, Andre, I was so excited to see this! You were able to capture the immensity of the marathon and at the same time capture individual race moments…like the pit stop and the two people dressed as old ladies wearing grey dresses and hats and old fashioned purses! Your video was colorful, dizzying, and really fun to watch. Thank so much for making it.
