Michael Jackson video coming next Monday!
oh boy!! that one should be a doozy!! LOL
You better be respectful. Choose your words correctly.
@@cristiandario what saying things like jackson was a freak of nature who bleached his skin and got 100 nose jobs......those types of words?
i’m a african american male. i was considering getting a nose job cause my nose. where do i start ?
@@cristiandario calm down 🏳️🌈
Jenifer Grey’s nose job ruined her career for the same reason you state here. It completely changed her look and personality which is what made her unique
Yea I read that
@Addicted to coffee No she was never considered beautiful regardless of her nose, but that's what made her unique and got her the parts she got. She "fixed" her nose because she wanted to look like a traditional beauty in Hollywood and ultimately it backfired and made her unremarkable
@@willynilly2545 I thought she was beautiful - I was 16 when Dirty Dancing came out - and I thought she was stunning.
@@ddjr6673 She had a uniquely pretty face. But again, she “fixed” her nose and then became unremarkable
@@willynilly2545 I totally agree, she really was so attractive before, I felt for her.
I think Cillian Murphy proves though that you can look extremely feminine and still play evil, masculine characters
to be fair, his face structure is still quite masculine; it's his facial features that are feminine
He doesn't look feminine at all wdym
He looks very feminine almost doll like
@@DiamantisHell he has feminine features like round, doe eyes and plump lips
@@DiamantisHell He even played a woman in Breakfast on Pluto
Nose character is definitely a thing. My aunt’s husband is an identical twin. He broke his nose in high school and it shows off his kind of quirky side, and it’s really interesting to see him next to his brother.
im an identical twin too an my nose was also broken when I was a teen. My nose has been bent since and his is not.
The double standards between men and women is unbelievable.
Which double standards are you refering to?
@@bswisle what are considered interesting or attractive features which add to someone’s personality and charm.
I was going to say the same thing. Women with large noses that are not “typical” feminine noses would never be considered to have “character” that adds to their looks.
@@jayshea87the lower part of my nose is wide but it actually matches with my face structure
People have facial features that complement them
@@Rubylove48 Well, it is what it is.
I love Adam Driver's nose. His nose is not perfect but works well for his face and build up character.
Agreed. Many times people's large or imperfect nose can just add to their facial character - especially with men. Doesn't hurt if they are otherwise gorgeous lol.
I agree. Him and Andy Samberg
Why is it not perfect it’s literally just a nose
Adrian brody
Hell yeah his nose makes him hot
Underrated channel. Your work on patients is flawless.
I’m a woman and have had my nose done and I can’t believe how much it changed my face. I love my new nose though! It’s been almost 10 years. I feel like it changed my look for the better and I get compliments all the time 👍🏼
are you hot?
@@g-uy9me definitely just normal
@@cyna1103 ok, then what were you before the nose job.....
Ever since getting your nose jobs do you notice more other imperfections and are you open to more cosmetic changes?
@@dieu5041 not really. Since it was 10 years ago I do feel like I’m seeing the signs of aging being in my 30s. I’ve been thinking about a small procedure or Botox but haven’t gone thru with it. My nose really bothered me before and would be the first thing I looked at when I was taking photos. But now I just want to age gracefully. Can’t stay young forever
Such a good video! thanks for brining sense to the different role of men and the importance of their nose.
I never noticed that Ryan Gosling’s eyes are so close together.
Never figured out why he is considered attractive
@@barbarajohnson3876 I think he just looks like a boy who managed to grow some facial hair his face just looks to soft and roundish
Yeah same. Never seen him as an attractive guy
Yeah maybe but he look better than you Laurie hhaa
I never used to find him attractive and was also part of the confused crowd but I will admit now that I'm older my tastes have expanded, I think I understand the appeal now. He's just a big cute puppy
I love this channel. Who doesn't love a handsome doctor 🥰
Love a man with a strong nose
I already know this one is going to be FIRE 🔥🔥🔥
These videos are so interesting and so much fun! Thanks 😊
Really good information.
I gotta tell you, LOTS of people must of had nose jobs because when was a kid (in the 60's) most adults had noses with character. I don't see that much today. I wish people would leave their natural beauty alone.
I'm sure more people are getting them now, but what you're also seeing are more mixes of ethnicities today than there were back then, so you're seeing far more varieities of faces/looks than there used to be.
I think a big nose is attractive also as people get older some nose jobs seem to not fit the face somehow, just saying.
many operated noses don't fit when people get older because nose are supposed to evolve with the rest of the features.
i could never understand the nose hierarchy which is both a part of vanity and racism and even anti semitism. its a tool that helps us breathe, that's all there is
Wow after years of looking into nose jobs this is the first doctor to explain the differences between male and female noses 😤😤🙏🏽🙏🏽 thank you doctor Gary
But races change a lot the nose profiles
Wow, this video had some really interesting insights. I really enjoyed it! It's kinda sad that the beauty standard for female noses is so much more narrow than their male counterparts. That there's barely any room for uniqueness or character for female noses to be considered attractive. :/
Don’t get it twisted. Things have changed. I’m in my early twenties and women my age and younger strongly prefer men with small feminine noses with masculine jawlines. It’s all over TikTok. Larger noses do not do well on today’s age. This guy has it wrong. It’s the same requirement for both genders. You can thank Disney for that. lol. Go look at any Disney film for the last 30 years. All of the princes and princesses have small upturned noses, and every single villain has a bump in their nose. Look at the little mermaid and Ursula for example. This is a common theme time and time again and it got worse when animation was introduced. Now everyone perceived as beautiful on TikTok or social media resembles the princess from Tangled, or any of those movies. Madison Beer for example. They look like Disney animated princesses. It’s been programmed in our minds as a child that the attractive hero’s look that way, so you should too, and if you don’t, nobody likes you and you’re ugly.
Exactly what I thought! A strong nose is automatically considered masculine on a woman. Just look at Bella Hadid and her brother Anwar. Her nose shape used to be very similar to his and she had to get a nose job before her modeling career, whereas Anwar still has his natural nose.
most real people don't care about skinny noses, too many ethnicities and cultural differences.
Per usual, the best. If I ever choose to have anything done. Dr. Motykie is my first choice.
Me too!!!!
@@GaryMotykie 🙌
I'm thinking the same, I hope I can afford him
Actor Adrien Brody [other commenter also put his name out there] can portray ethnicities AND people from different socio-economic classes. “The Pianist” as WWII Jewish classical pianist. “Cadillac Records” as blues/ jazz record label mgr. Role as inmate [tatted up]. His strong nose and profile is adaptable to diverse acting roles.
Love your channel. Keep up the good. Two actors faces have me curious John Legend and Benjamin Bratt
Was that a Grindr notification towards the end? 😂🤭
Have you had a rhinoplasty or any other surgical procedures, Dr. G? You're soooo handsome.
@@GaryMotykie yes please! 🙏
I'll tell you what: he has pretty eyes and a nice healthy tan. I think that's whats going on.
When I first saw him, I was struck by how much he resembled Clive Owen.
This video gave me a lot of confidence about my nose, where before I thought it was much too big.
There you go. Love yourself. Embrace it.
THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO
Excellent video Dr.
I don’t know how this channel showed up in my YT feed but I can’t stop watching. 🤓😎
Hey Dr.Gary, did you work on David Beckham & those other guys you listed off in the beginning, I’m really thinking of getting some work done from you. - Mr.burnham
Well explained video! Subscribed!
I noticed in a couple of your examples there was also a change in the chin. That also has a profound impact on the face.
I love Doc's insight about how thing like nose can change your whole appearance and personality. Now they say all people are beautiful in their own way. But wait a minute... If you want to change something.. plastic surgery can help you immensely.. and I'm all about hearing doctor speaking about these things.
Doctor motykie I have vitiligo like your how do you treat it for less noticeable?
I think it's OK if you call Lucifer evil. He wouldn't mind.
Right?! 🤣
Please address the problem that many patients face of "cartridge memory". Can this problem be corrected without the use of grafts which will add volume to the nose like spreader grafts. In a procedure like a rhinoplasty where the septum was corrected but the nose cartridge wants to slowly return to C shape.
I need to make an appointment with Dr. Motykie!

Any suggestion for a nose that is getting bulbous with age? Your work is Fantastic!!
I remember when Jennifer Grey became The IT GIRL after the sucess of Dirty Dancing she change (Rhinoplasty??)her unique nose and never had a career again..
Yep! Her nose made her different in a good way! I recall her saying she went into surgery famous and came out a no name...
Because these guys are ghouls looking for money.
She had a career but not a big one.
It's funny that I was about to rave about Patrick Dempsey's nose job that really improved his looks and then you started talking about him. LOL. I also go back and forth on if I think John Krasinski had a nose job.
PD is very handsome. His plastic surgeon removed too much cartilage from the right side of his nose, IMO.
When I saw Patrick on Grey’s I knew he had done something but wasn’t sure what. Because his face was a little different
Great info
I think styling plays a bigger role in making someone a leading star as opposed to plastic surgery. I mean a change in hair color, a bit of tanning and workout will make wonders to one's look. Also being in a successful project will catapult you to stardom.
Lmao sure
Is there a way to put a "break" in the male tip without giving it a "scoop" look?
I personal think patrick dempsey’s nose looked better before surgery 🥺
Is there packing up the nose after the surgery? I think that would give me anxiety.
The relationship of the nose to the chin seems to matter too
Very interesting
0.57 Did she have some procedure done to her eyes they look better ?
Never paid attention to any noses really, so oddly interesting to watch this explained
I was recommended this channel because I recently saw a few photos of Tori spelling and I was horrified because I thought she seemed relatively well adjusted after the whole 90210 era. I did a search to find out what happened with her and now I've watched about 5 of your videos and I feel sad that most of these people did not have medical problems with their faces or bodies but still spent so much time and money on appearances rather than improving their mind or character... Or in the case of Tori, being a good mother to her FIVE children.
Having said that, I find you very respectful and empathetic of patients and your social media manager is just so sasstastic 😄✌️
You can improve your mind or character AND have plastic surgery. You don't know her, so how can you insinuate she's not a good mother only because she had plastic surgery??? Chill, you clearly are not paid to look good
@@gasparnuno7737 well said. These peoples appearances are their livelihood’s

Ryan Gosling looks exactly the same. Who is his dr? Do tell.
Tom Ellis is gorgeous with that nose 😤

I’m a man and I got my rhinoplasty more than 20 years ago and even though the result was all I expected, I still have nightmares where I wake up from the anesthesia with Michael Jackson’s nose,so imagine how scared I was of the results when I took the decision.
Funny guy
My nose instad looks pretty feminine, is upturned a bit and lack definition, but I don't think I can do a lot to împrove it
If you’re not being called names & don’t have issues dating, why not keep it ?
@@ascott2168 for themselves? lol
Ur lucky
You go through the photos too fast.
I had sinus surgery w/out plastic surgery because I am lucky enough to have a nice, proportional nose. I think that because I am a woman people asked me if I would tack on a nose job. When I said no the men who asked said it was a good idea because I don't need it. The women on the other hand thought I should go for it even though it was not essential. In any case the surgery was so miserable because my left nostril had to be drilled open. As a result my nose shrank a bit...and people have asked if I had a nose job without saying anything beforehand, lol. You can't win.
Can a nose be un-rotated?
I LOVE TIMOTHE CHALEMET"S NOSE
What about Jared Leto? His nose is very different from when he first started acting in the mid 1990s.
His nose is the same.. He wore a fake nose in his lately movie with Denzel Washington.

Dr. Gary are you suffering with vitiligo?
As I can see few patches on ur hand sorta.
Please Dr Motykie, don’t let anyone EVER touch your nose!
Can't nose jobs hurt singing voices or breathing?
I like John Kransinski cause he's still sexy with "normal" facial features.
Good point
I bet if he wasnt famous youd ghost him xDdddd
@@Woodsaras ...I wouldn't believe some one like him would want somebody like me and walk away.
He is pretty cute
Having a prominent nose with a little bump on the bridge is an aristocratic trait from ancient times, reminiscent of world leaders such as Pharaoh Ramesses II of Ancient Egypt to Alexander the Great of Macedonia to Julius Caesar of Ancient Rome to the contemporary Prince William of the UK and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia. The latter two have the perfect ideal nose 😊
Ryan Gosling looked better with his natural nose, aesthetically speaking, because he looked more aristocratic before, but post rhinoplasty- he looks more like an Eastern European immigrant who came to Hollywood and got a nose job. Still handsome, but not as handsome as before.
Crazy how big noses are “villains” and small noses “are innocent” maybe that’s why people are scared of black people since we have big noses. Hopefully someday that’ll change and we can accept all noses
1:21 wow amazing
Have you had any work done Dr Gary, no shade it's just because you look great. 😍🇬🇧💋
The guy at 6:05 also had his chin done to make a bigger difference

Jennifer Grey said her rhinoplasty wasn't good for her career because it took away her most noticeable feature.
Pattinson had a nose job when he was younger.
I love guys with big noses! ❤
"Men are petrified as far as giving away their secret" is very true. So my wife gave a surprise party, inviting everyone we knew, to show me off.
Check out Dean Martin, Alan King, Milton Burrell, Burt Lancaster, Kirk Douglas, Kenny Rogers, Joel Grey, Bobby Van, and Burt Reynolds. All had nose jobs…some good and some not.
Deans nose changed for the better
@@caydenspratt5106 I agree and so Alan King’s. Joel Gray had to much trimmed off, much like Michael Jackson.
Why didn’t orson Wells ever have a permanent rhinoplasty?
He had a tiny pointy nose. WHAT would you suggest?
@@yettaplotz2155 hahaaaa….I know! Maybe when it bothered him the most (1940’s-1950’s ?) most nose jobs were to decrease size (easy) and not to build up size with implants.
Why can’t Owen Wilson’s nose be fixed?
It can but he doesn't want to. Why bother now anyway.
Don’t like my nose but it’s my dad’s nose. I’ll keep it for that reason.
@ 0:56 the power of make up jeez
I’ve see a lot of information about the age boys are able to get a nose job for the first time, according to some sources it’s between 16-17 others say 17-18 and some even mentions younger ages. Anyways, im 17 im turning 18 on June 2nd next year is it safe to get s nose job before I turn 18? I’ve read it’s ok if 90% of my nose has been formed which I think mine was done ages ago. So basically I would like to know if it’s not ok to get it at such a young age.
Robert Pattinson had a nose job.. His original nose was way bigger and I think suited him. His current nose is not so great. I think it is collapsing..
5:39 The man in the background has a strong nose too
Robert DeNiro?
Gimme the Jimmy Durante, Doc.
Benjamin Bratt.
I love that Adrian Brody kept his very strong nose. It doesn’t make him any less appealing, visually.
I’ve heard that Tom Cruise did have a subtle nose job years ago. It was intentionally left imperfect so as not to be obvious. I don’t know if this is true though. (I believe it was another plastic surgeon who speculated about it but I can’t remember his name.) I think Patrick Dempsey’s nose job and chin implant made a big difference in his attractiveness. Same with Ryan Gosling. It looks like he also had something done to his jawline as he had a weak chin before.
Almost all actors get a nose job. But I don’t think Tom Cruise had one.
Tom Cruise has a gorgeous face, thank goodness he didn’t get a ridiculous rhinoplasty
Tom has his teeth straightened and fixed abs that makes a big difference to his looks.
@@ireneforster4279 Yup. His teeth were a mess when he was really young. But he was truly a natural beauty until recently when he got Botox and fillers.
Watch Risky Business Tom Cruise definitely had work done on his nose.
The fact that i would be attractive asf if My nose was a different shape 😭
Dr, you have a Daniel Craig nose.
I like Ryan’s old nose
Did he say Brad Pitt had a nose job?
Didn’t Dean Martin have one back in the day.
Yes he did.
I had my nose done when I was 26. Best thing I did for myself at that time.
Lee Majors have an overdue rhinoplasty. Even if I’m a big fan, it doesn’t fits his face, his age , his bones. He was way much good looking than Brad Pitt but who knows why he did that long time ago. Hey! , he can still fix it right?
Let's talk about Andy Samberg, he has a long hooked high-bridge nose and yet it makes him looks masculine and attractive.
What!
