    Rohit ji bent over row kya ek effective exercise hain ? Hip joint mein stress ata hain aur focus upper back muscle se lower back mein hat jata Hain .yeh mera experience Hain . 90 degree bent hokar heavy load nahin lein sakte ,angle automatically 45 degree ho jata Hain . kindly comment
