Just installed this on a Rzr, took a little longer than norm, had to extent some of the wires in order to hide everything,works great this video helped ,paper directions not so great. Thanks

Best alarm video I've seen so far. I returned my easyguard and got the last one. I like the choice of the 4 buttons and since I will never install auto-start I don't need that button and 95% of the system have it. I have a question regarding the Violet kill out/in wire. What was it attached to? Is the Violet wires attached to the ACC or power only when bike is on?

Pro Tip, dont use adhesive tape. If it needs replaced, your gonna hate life trying to remove this. Use Velcro instead. Second pro tip, test this BEFORE you secure it. Had this install failed, you would be hard pressed to get at some if those connectors.

I do not want to hook up the remote start considering I always park my bike in gear i would never be able to use it. by not hooking up the remote start will i loose any other features to the alarm like the bike knowing it is being hot wired while the alarm is on or any other voltage changes ? Is there a back up battery feature in case someone tries to cut the power to the alarm or bike?
no the alarm works perfectly without the remote start.
ive never parked any of my bikes in gear.. ive met like 2 people in my life that do that.

8mA when armed so you will get about 20 days maybe without riding the motorcycle.

i bought this alarm for my hayabusa and its a dame good alarm it does what its supposted to do my cousion tryed to sit on my bike and it went crazy and the to pads was smart i only hooked up one if it get messed up i will trun on the ather one

Let's say I park in a store parking lot and someone is putting their grocerys in their car would it go off when they are standing there.
I was standing near mine on my phone and forgot I did not disable the alarm, yet. Proximity went off. I will say, though. It gives a few steady "warning beeps" first, before the full alarm goes off.

If I only needed the alarm and radar sensor, how would I connect this directly to the battery?
i did the same, just connect the positive (red) and negative (black) wires. and plug in all the accessories. The key will do the rest. I did need to connect a brown wire to a positive when the key is turned, otherwise it will rearm itself when you ride away. The grey, pink and blue wires are unnecessary if you don't want the remote start or ignition kill.

Sounds magical to me, being an idiot with my 2020 ZX10r, i purchased it and withing 2 months it was gone, and that because i slept on the neighborhood i lived in and thought that cant ever happen over here dumbass i was smh.
