Have y’all ever considered showing the distances of the longest shot of each round so we get an idea of the distance potential of the discs??
The disc will go between 40 feet and 700 feet
@@mcroflzI’ve thrown mine ten when I hit the first available
After that first throw, I so wanted Hunter to just turn the camera and go "Okay, scratch everything i just said"
"Little bit more than I'm used to in my hand..." *instantly realizes what he's said* XD. Solid vid dudes! I've sold my Nukes for Wraiths (for the same reason) and haven't looked back, similar flight, smaller rim.
definitely need to try the DGA Torrent soon! to compare speeds. It's a true 14 speed unlike most out yonder
Trevor has some great looking anhyzers shots. They look smooth, and consistent to me.
yea i love my nuke cause i know its super beefy and know what its gonna do every time. but also since i havent been playing that long it easily out throw it with my crave. but i would say if you need an overstable distance driver you could work into it
Hey the new Innova Charger just came out on their factory store (13 5 -1 2). Would love to see a review on it
I love how he talks at first and then just smokes the Nukes 400ft 😂😂👍🏻 good shit man
My z nuke I had flew very similar to my destroyers. Closest disc to flying like a destroyer imo. Destroyers are torque resistant with glide making it my most consistent distance driver. 4hand and Back. 399ft
I replaced my nuke with a lucid raider. If I had an esp nuke I would switch Back. Destroyer fits that spot for me. I bag the esp zues of hyzer flip to flat dead straight
please try the stingray - u n d e r a t e d ! dx will be flippy - but star plastic has some stability. great in the woods - and in the open the disc has sneaky distance !
Nuke are my go too for distance! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I struggle with Nukes backhand but can definitely crush them on forehand. The rim feels better on a forehand grip for me
Ironic that I just lost my Darkhorse Nuke a few days ago and you guys drop this review. I would definitely agree with Trevor's assessment. They are definitely touchy angle wise if you're looking to get a bomb or anything resembling a turn to try and throw a flex line.
Just picked up disc golf after not playing since I was a kid. Played multiple rounds in the past few days, went online and bought some discs and the nuke was one of em😂
With those rips I'd love to see you try the Lat64 Ballista. I don't think you'll love the feeling of it based on this video but that disc does 2 things. It goes far. And it goes fast. You could get turn out of it and a lot of distance, not sure tho because you never know until you try with discs.
NOT the Ballista PRO. Just the regular good old Ballista. In Opto plastic.
they run a disc golf shop they've definitely thrown ballistas before
@@subspaceanomaly have they though? I'm always surprised how people with access to a ton of disc molds just haven't ever tried some discs they could've. Like Trilogy players surprise me often by trying discs they've never tried before although they're sponsored by them and that's how their in the bag -videos evolve. They might've but I'm just shooting my chances here of getting to see them try one 😁
I’m glad I watched this. I’m relatively new to disc golf and picked a nuke and every time I throw it I get frustrated with how hard it fades. I think it’s a disc I have to put on the shelf for while until I can control my release angle and get more speed on my throws. Are there any distance driver you guys would recommend for beginners? I’ve heard that understable ones are better for beginners
Leopard, Crave, Underworld are all good drivers for beginners
0:23 thats what she said🤣
The MVP Nuke
Weird thing, I like the feel of Nuke (and some other 13 speed discs) more than 12 speed discs like Destroyer. It's weird. It just feels better in hand, something off with the 12 speed rim width.
You're clearly not an average player. Getting them to flip like that is not something we ever do.
He's not a pro either... Everything he can do the average player can do with a little bit of effort and time.
It takes more than a bit of effort to be a 970 rated player, and have 450 distance like he’s demonstrated before. You have to push yourself to get that close to 1000 rated to be a “local pro.”
@@bashildy ummm no it doesn't. It literally takes effort and time to become a 970 rated player...
But you can develop power as a 850 rated player...
Nukes Baby! you know you arm is pretty good when you can throw 1/2 of what Ezra throws with the Nuke
The Nuke is just a boss with a different name
I am a beginner and after getting a nuke I throw it much farther and more consistent. It’s only $20 so just give it a try.
Discraft “CRANK”! Zi Crank! Le Crank! Cranky! Crankster! Crankonomus!
Who won the distance contest!? 👀
I’m 13 years old and I just started playing disc golf can I use that disc?
No
Thanks for the real life application 😂
I bought a Big Z nuke and it has turn, but is one of my least far flying high speed drivers. The 2 Zeus that I have go considerably farther and fly better for me.
Same the big z nuke is more a utility disc and a forearm where it can take the torque
I use the nuke os a lot for some stupid shots.
Does hunter know what flat is?
Flat means the outside edge is slightly down right?
@@calebdyer6332 yeah 😂
Roc3 the people want it.
You know your arm speed is getting up there when you can make a nuke turn.
First
Throws the disc on anhyzer out of his hand..." That thing had alot of turn!"...yeah, that's what happens when you release a disc out of your hand like that
It hyzer flipped...
The disc was on Hyzer when it left the hand.
best disc ever
