More likely its the Zoo City Open in Asheboro, NC. Only because he's not that far feom there being in Virginia. Asheboro is the home of the North Carolina Zoo hence the name.

KJ teebird is quite possibly all you need in that fairway line 👌
I like an MVP Servo for that Stalker slot. Like most MVP discs, it is fairly shallow and flat. MVP rates it a 6.5 speed, but for me, it goes as far as my other 7 and 8 speed fairways. It has a nice and easy turn with a dependable 2 fade. Good bye Stalker!

Trevor if you’re struggling with that straight fairway driver section of your bag, and you like your KJ teebird as much as you do, you should try the stock star teebirds! They’re a little straighter

Enjoy these. I have a discraft heavy bag, but rotate a few small 5-8 disc packs as well. Typically rotate buzzes, truth, Draco and distance stuff in the bags. Zone, cap rap, crave, hex tend to be permanent and Grace is awesome

About the raider you love, if you can get your hands on a few special edition raiders, the first ones that released, they are super nice, wears in fast and then stays that way after a bit wear

I feel like you might like the pipeline from DGA and could potentially mold minimalize? The new Cole Redalen ones are a stable run of them, and then other ones are flippier so it might work well to take out the maverick and fd and maybe even the stalker
If you have thrown it, what do you think about the Brave from Latitude? If you haven't, you should try it. That is a great fairway driver for me, great feel & seems to go where I throw at better than any other I've tried. Great explanation of your bag. Thanks. Also grabbed the new Atlas bag, it's awesome!
Trevor, try the era, forged and composite plastic. Great complimentary disc in the 2 plastics

BTW the zoo city open is a local tournament in Asheboro North Carolina. We also have a club called zoo city disc golf, we have multiple weekly tournaments. The lion is a tribute to the North Carolina Zoo which is located here.

Check out a westside Northman. 10/5/-1/2. It flies like I imagine a destroyer would fly. I don't have arm speed for a destroyer. I think it is the perfect bridge between 7/8/9 speed fairways and those 12/13 speed distance drivers. Right now I bag an understabke and overstable 7 speed and this is what I use to throw dead straight long shots. Feels to me like a farther flying Bear. Love to see you give it a whirl and see how it flies. Great Disc!

I have a fairway problem rn as well. I'm in dire need of a reliably overstable fairway driver, all of mine flip on forehand. Currently I have a torque, CD1, TL3, and im testing the eagle. im open to anything!

Star teebird3 or ab color glow teebird3's are great!
You need to get an fx-2 in the bag. I have a similar natural release and it flies so well. Plus the new Ezra robinson 400 glow look sick.
Prodigy though. Gotta minimize the dice rolls.

I think you would benefit from having something in between the Teebird and Cap Rap. Maybe regular Raptor or slightly beat Firebird

My bag currently consist of Axiom Proxy, envy, and pixel… life of recovering MCL tear
Instead of the stalker try the cryZtal jawbreaker flex passion (mine has some turn and not much fade. It makes for some long smooth turnovers) and then a max weight esp or big z one thats more stable. The combo knocked my fd and both stalkers out of my bag.

As a central Texas player, one putter for nice kept greens, the other putter for the god forsaken limestone ridden greens. That’s at least the reason my group of friends carry two. Keep one kind of clean, and one as the sacrifice to edgy rock surfaces.

FX series is money. I bag the 2 and 4 and it they fit perfectly between mid-ranges and drivers.
The answer to your fairway problem is get eagles and velas. Helio for overstable, eagles in champ for straight and the vela with Calvin’s face on the pizza for understable. If you need even more flip it’s a crave in fission
I do the same with just Explorers. Opto X, Gold X, Recycled, all the shots - 1 mold

The problem with your fairways is that you rotate discs like crazy for marketing reasons. I think people would like to see you have a serious bag as your personal bag. You could make a series called “warehouse wars” where you highlight the discs featured on warehouse updates instead of putting them in your bag and playing worse
dude just grab some tls or tl3s. i know you mostly throw a little anny so get a halo one if you need but they are just so fricken good as a dead straight disc. also the raptor eye felons are great overstable fairways

Jk, I saw it for the first time yesterday in the used bin at my local store, and I saw the flight numbers (1,2,-4,0) and I thought “this things gotta be stupid.” But it’s basically an understable glitch. Every time I’ve thrown it it just glides so much further than I think it would. And when your dog water like me it’s kinda sick to send something 100 feet to the right.
You can replace the Raider with a Discmania S-Line DD Trev. It's a bit slower, but do you really need a 13 speed? I bet you'd do just as good with a DD brotha.
