@Craig G His interviews with Cardi B come to mind. I don't know if she was doing it just for fun, but she was all over him and he didn't know what to do. Pretty funny stuff. I wanted to see a shot of his three children on that room. I'm curious about how they respond to their father's jokes. Can you imagine have Stephen Colbert doing bits on your house all day long, your whole life? I love comedy, but living with a comedian must be exhausting!

I thought I had it, but over time my wife is just a bitch... like most women that get use to their situation and just stop appreciating the basics in life.

It was very touching how Stephen kept stopping the segment to say something nice to his wife, ex. "You really are a wonderful mother." This made me think back to the studio show last year when Stephen had John Oliver interview him with "getting to know you" questions, and Stephen said that if anything happened to his wife, he wouldn't last a year. Now I see why.

Seeing Stephen's beaming smile and nervous giggle when he's around Evelyn, even after so many years together, and that incredible chemistry between them, makes me feel a bit more hopeful about humanity and my own future. If two such beautiful, kind soulmates found each other in such a dark world, there's hope for all of us heartbroken souls

Agreed, it's a good format, for sure.
It reminds me of Craig Ferguson and his Late Late Show (IMHO the best interviewer I have ever seen (he doesnt ask every celebrity the same stupid questions they get in every interview, but instead things that he thinks are interesting... which is why you had interviews with Scarlett Johannson and Morgan Freeman, in which they talked about shoes, boats and food, instead of movie production and so on...) but to come back to my original point: Craig Ferguson did some shows without an audience (dont recall the reason) but one of those shows is with Stephen Fry and it's 40 minutes of a 1on1 conversation, not so much an interview as they talked about anything from politics, love, drugs, academia to best cheeses to put on a grill... It is by far my favourite episode.
EDIT: Also, nobody flirts like Craig Ferguson... you want to know how to talk to women and not be awkward? Check out his segments with female guests and take notes... the amount of hollywood actresses and celebrities who blushed when he went on and on and on...
@@franticbass I agree! I think some of his best interviews were with Carrie Fisher. They both knew what it was like to be in "the biz" AND in recovery. They really got each other.

This is the most adorable thing that ive seen the entire apocalypse.
Awwww....she still makes him blush. Like a kid on his first date. How fun the whole family is there too. Loved this and Stephen's soup recipe.
The love between Stephen and Evie is so apparent with every look and every gesture. Words aren't needed but he still says them any chance he gets. Even being quarantined with each other hasn't changed anything. They clearly like each other as well as loving each other. Stay safe. We love you too.

They were from the same hometown. He went back there one day to visit and when he saw her, he knew he wanted to marry her. It's incredible to see how in love with her he is still 😍

I could watch this couple interact for hours.... doesn't really matter what they do... they could cook or talk about a TV show, they watch/ed.... or just talk about stuff they're interested in or what happened in their lives etc... it really doesn't matter... just watching them interact... is so wholesome.. ...and a bit sad... because you want that too :)

Being a mom quarantined from my kids, and the first Mother’s Day without my mom, this was sweet and brought a tear to my eye. It’s a strange thank you for humanity restored.

Noelia Jaime their father and I agreed it would be best, as a precaution due to me working on a construction site. My daughter works in the food industry and my son has a grandma that likes to visit. I have no other family here, and it made the most sensible choice to minimize chances for exposure to all involved. They are in good hands, so I rest easy knowing that.
