Too many of these old treasures being hoarded by collectors and sitting in vaults. Great to see this one out in its natural environment, doing what it was born to do.

I agree. Whether it’s classic cars or vintage guitars, if you trailer these cars to car shows or hang these guitars in a glass case, I get the same enjoyment as the owner because we’re all just standing around looking at them. And I didn’t have to shell out megabucks to purchase them or insure them. Thanks, Jason, for putting it through it’s paces on a regular basis.

The magic about ‘Burst (the average that is good, when ‘good’ is fantastic, and the ones that are epic, where you are in the out of this world range) is about being so FULL but with THAT clarity and definition of every harmonics the guitar produces. These guitars sound like... a rainbow.

False, Page was way into his recently-acquired 59 Les Paul by the time recording for Led Zeppelin III began, and there's tons of video of him using the LP for live recordings of SIBLY as well. It's LP with vintage PAFs all the way on this.

Wut he used live has nothing to do with wut he used in the studio. He also used the Tele on the solo to Stairway to Heaven on Zep 4. Itz possible Page had access to a Les Paul with PAF'S but I never heard about it or seen it in a picture which doesn't mean squat anyways but anything's possible
