I think the CHR is unique in its appearance. I like the design, I like how the driver has the display in how it is slanted more toward their view than flat and facing the passenger and backseat for everyone to see. I would love to have one, right now, I have the 2019 Camry XLE it comes with so much: like I can look out my window as I’m driving and it will tell me how fast I’m going on the speedometer, who is trying to call me on the phone, and what song is playing on the radio, without ever taking my eyes off the road .....my husband is buying me that car, but I’ve been in love with the CHR EVER SINCE 2015.

I purchased the xle model. Not even 2 weeks I owned it with about 1000 miles on it I was rear ended.
I have to say it's a very safe car.
As soon as I was hit I had people on the line asking me if I was ok and they called the police it was an amazing experience but not amazing. The car is comfortable not powerful but I don't need a mucsle car just a reliable vehicle and this is that.

Hi Jeff, I find it weird that these cars are made in Turkey; however, I love the designs, they are so different. I was watching another gentleman from the UK, and he was reviewing a C-HR hybrid and my question to you is are these Toyota's C-HR hybrids available in the US or in California for that matter? Thanks, Jeff. I like the Scooby DOO act.

The added features on the XLE are well worth the money if you can get it. It is the one I would get. Actually, it is the one I got. I have a 2019 C-HR XLE and LOVE it! From the money I saved from not getting the Limited trim, I got the TRD Air Intake kit to increase horsepower and torque as well as the TRD Lowering Springs to increase handling performance but not give up ride comfort. I also got LED fog lights. Are the fogs lights still an option for the XLE? Again my family and I LOVE our C-HR, XLE, TRD :) Thanks for the video and keep up the great work!

I consider the CH-R a wonderful vehicle. Super nimble and zippy around town yet Camry levels of ride comfort & quietness on the highway and the seat comfort is far beyond the Camry. I consider the seats zero gravity because your bottom does not get sore on long drives like it will with Camry seats. The only two fairly minor negatives of the CH-R are poor rear visibility & mediocre fuel economy.

I think buying is only good if you’re intentions are to keep the vehicle long term whereas with leasing after 36month you can trade in and it’s cheaper monthly. Just keep in mind you are held accountable on miles

The C-HR is slow as molasses, storage is a joke, and the blind spots are terrible. The Corolla Cross is a better vehicle. Hopefully it comes out in the US.

    • @moeanthony9308
      @moeanthony9308 Před 3 lety +7

I wouldn't say slow. It has adequate pickup. Where honestly in city are you going to drag race anyway.? Blind spots? That's not an issue at all if you know how to use mirrors and available cam. The cross is so generic and really cheap interior. Vs chr.

i own a 2019 c-hr gle. it is the most utterly piece of crap. after 2
years of ownership and 40k miles it makes me wish i had bought a yugo!
    spacious: somewhat
good mileage?? not in the least. my 1990 suzuki samurai gave 45/50 miles
    to the gallon.
battery is out in less than 2 years, so were the tires which lasted
    about 38k miles.
noises from low workmanship. it has them all. currently, in slow turns,
the steering system cracks, rattles and moans constantly. and then
there is the ever bubbling sound after it gets warmed up. what did the
dealership service department say all and every time i took the car for
inspection? they said that there was nothing wrong with the car. a
    yugo's the way to go.
suspension. it bottoms up every time with the slightest depression on
the road. the front absorbers (struts or rubber bands or whatever they
use to deal with this) is so horrendous and the japanese mechanic at the
dealership says there is nothing wrong with the suspension. a yugo is
    the way to go!
i am telling you guys and gals, save yourselves the aggravation of a
great looking piece of crap and buy yourselves a yugo!! the 80's and
    90's yugo that is!
