Really cool custom job, can't wait to see the completed product, how do you know if the fork is compatible with the frame, given that most manufacturers nowadays play with the head tube length and adjust fork length accordingly ?
Fork came with a really long steer tube that I cut as needed. Fork length, rake and taper parameters are the same as the original fork.

It hurts, but external cables hurt even more 🤣
I wish companies gave you color options for stems/handlebars so you don’t have repaint anything (I know it’s adding weight but what’s a couple grams matter if it makes you happy)
Agree, but there are so many shades of the same colour (even white), that it would be almost impossible to match…

В том году у человека тупо два байка из гаража на 20 тыс еаро уаели...целенаправленно за байками лнзли, больше ничего не взяли...

Strengly, all manufacturers and users always present frame weight only, not a full frameset including fork. Weight is not a magical fenomenon, but technology, comfort and quality of the frame.
