Violence Knows No Gender

  • In Australia this year already we have lost too many people to domestic and family violence. I personally have been through a terrible amount of pain and grief from violence in the home and I unfortunately did not suffer it alone. I did not understand back then the impact it would have on my family or on myself in the future. Here I am today dealing with complex PTSD due to many years of trauma and while I claim to be a survivor I don't mind telling you that most days are so hard that I still feel I am the victim.
Please watch this video I put a lot of effort into it and how I feel about the subject. If this one goes well I will be making more like it.
Stay safe out there, be kind, and Lots of love and hugs to you

I think violence has got worse because of all the stress we are under now the cost of living and the struggle to keep going

I agree. I get angry and frustrated and depressed with barely surviving and not sleeping eating or keeping well due to stress and depression. Soon I won't have a phone and no car which isolates me and alienates me further, but I am not alone in the struggle. Choice. I dont wish to hurt anyone and beating someone up doesn't do anything to solve an issue. I don't understand the rage but the anger I do.
