it is an honor to have ‪@WION‬ at our yoga studio for the International Yoga Festival 2024. We thank their entire team.
We are the only studio in Rishikesh where Ashtanga yoga classes (Mysore style) are offered regularly under the tradition of Shri Krisnamacharaya, Shri K.P. Jois, Amma Saraswati Jois & Shri R. Sharath Jois. We do not run a Yoga Teacher Training course in Rishikesh, We rather offer daily practice to practitioners and only offer courses on some month of every year. Yoga is a method to balance our lives on physical & mental levels. We invite you to come and experience yoga with us in Rishikesh.
