The resin is literally meant to increase power in your throw, so no it doesn’t become impossible to throw it just loses effect by gathering dust and dirt.

As a handball player:
A. You can still throw them
B. Depending on the location certain types of hand-wax may be banned (or just straight banned)
C. You can also just play without it its not really a necessity
Edit: they are banned because the balls can stick to the floor instead of bouncing what can be a legitimate tactic for throws on goal they are also banned in alot of indoor arenas as they damage the flooring and erode it. I have played once with it and i found it more exhausting to play than without it, primarily due to me having to put more force into my throw to get the ball out of my hand. As i primarily play indoor noone uses it. (The hall has a ban on handwax)

Just make sure to clean of your sticky balls before you play with them. Or else your teammates might have to. Or maybe even your mom! (She has a lot of experience)

you dont remove it after every game, there isnt that much resin after every game and the ball can still be used in the next game, you might need to put more resin on though. We only remove when there is a lot of resin build up on the ball, plus it's satisfying
