Super Bowl Sunday Killer Nachos | DJ BBQ & Haste’s Kitchen

- Happy Super Bowl Sunday Food Tubers! And we’ve got a delicious treat for you to snack back on during the game. Ian Haste joins DJ BBQ to make a classic American nachos recipe - crispy tortilla smothered in layers of rich, spicy chilli, and cheese, melted under the grill until hot and gooey and topped with cool sour cream and a sprinkling of coriander. Yum!
Served with a tomato Pico de Rado and a fresh chargrilled pineapple salsa this dish is SUPER for the Super Bowl but equally great to serve at parties or share with friends! Me too ... I think it's over done ... Sainsburys do a wicked nachos kit .. just adds mozzarella cheese homemade guacamole yummy and a little salad beauty ..... I would love to eat this now ... I just think too much cooking it's not a quick snack anymore .... there's washing up !

Have had other versions of this dish and this one looks like another winner, OK by you if we add jalapenos, like the look of the pineapple salsa,not had that one.

In Chile, the Pico de Rado is called 'Pebre' (but usually is made with white onions and chilli sauce) and goes en every traditional meal; and before the main dish, they give you a little bowl and some bread to eat with.

Pineapple salsa looked freaking amazing...!!!!
Here's the LAZY mans version.
1 jar of Salsa
1 can of Chilli
1 can sliced pineapple (grill it)
Combine all ingredients
Pour over Bag of tortilla chips. (NOT Doritos.... we're trying to keep this Classy)
Grate whatever cheese you have or Cheez Whiz on top
Put in oven til DONE!!!

pepe fassos I know you can get some of his new ones through a website in the UK called luckysevencaps.com The DJ BBQ patches are not on display but if you want one, email the company and they'll send you pictures of the 2 patches you can buy and you pick and choose the color of the hat, crests, etc they'll make the hat by order and ship worldwide. Hey dj bbq! Loving the recipe! Got a totally off topic question for you. How do you reheat pulled pork? I made so much theres loads left for the next few days but how do you keep it from being dry when reheating?
Make a jus with water/apple juice/cider vinegar/sugar/salt/pepper. Boil it up and pour it on the reheated meat.
