the current mindset of today makes it so hard to imagine or think of what to do when you want to make meals for yourself but you make it look so easy, it is helpful. people r beginning to cook again a little bit and go back to organic food and thinking but we've still got a ways to go. Like in my brain, breaded fish, I can't think of anything but flour to make it. I wouldn't have thought of using the processor to make it into small chips. Thanks! ~

Very nice recipe, so much better than greasy takeaway food. Illustrated do this next time I feel like fish and chips. I have to make my own mushy peas as I can never find them in Australia, sometimes in Aldi I can get a small tin of mushy peas and oh boy are they good, expensive, but so good. TFS this yummy recipe. The best part of your video though was watching your son cook along side of you. You can see how much he enjoys working with you, it’s very lovely to watch.

delish, but theres no way I would not be having that entire tray of oven chips :D - if you also par boil them a bit prior to going in the oven this can be nice also.
He might have done it because I got distracted a little way through, but fresh lemon or lime juice on those peas - next level.

I'm wondering if mushy peas/veges is a British thing. As an Aussie, my personal preference for peas is steamed and served whole with melted butter. Add in fried sausages and mashed potatoes with a lot of butter and I'm in heaven.
