The only thing I would have done differently on those nachos would be to fry up my own tortilla chips. Maybe a little bit of sour cream.
DEF sour cream, I was waiting for it when he put the guac on...then was a little disappointed when it didn't appear😕 but other than that..these look like heaven.

My mom used to make oven nachos when I was a kid and I still have never tasted a better nacho. One tip: Take a pack of corn tortillas, cut them into pizza slices, fry them and then put your cheese and pop in the oven... Money!

The key is to have a bag of tortilla chips nearby. The chips in the nachos get soggy so you double up with a crisp tortilla chip

I got recommended this while making my own haha. When I make mine I use a cake pan so I can layer it more evenly without it spilling out and spray some Pam in it to reduce the cheese sticking to the sides. Also pro tip nachos are the perfect thing to make with any leftover meat. You could use left over brats, chicken, sloppy joe meat. Just whatever you got throw it on it’ll always be good.
