    Those are very beautiful!! It's still hard to believe this is from a child who always said she "hated" hydrangeas and would "never" have them!! I LOVE it!! Life has a strange way of changing our minds about lots of things! I love you baby girl and I love all of your beautiful dreams and projects!! 💗

      Thanks Cheby! It’s fun to try new things. If I didn’t have so many visions that run through my head, I’d have more spare time;). Lol

    That was the best craft video l have watched! You have a natural, calm way of demonstrating. l live in London and finding flowers at the end of March is a challenge, but l am definitely going to give it a go! Thank you.

    How beautiful they turned out. I love Hydrangeas but because of the size of the flower head and thick stems would never have thought to dry them. Now I need to find fire bricks in the UK. Thank you so much for this tutorial 🤩🥰

      From the UK! Love it! I would love to visit there someday! The monarchy history fascinates me so much:). These two already found a wall to hang in my house remodel and I love them so much! Share yours when you get to doing them!

    If you want blue hydrangeas, add acid to your soil. All my 10-15 ft tall hydrangeas are blue, but I propagate every year and in pots they are pink. As soon as I put them in the ground they turn purple then blue. I live in the PNW next to a forest of redwoods and Doug fir. The needles acidify my soil. Also makes for gorgeous, huge azalea and rhododendron.💕
    Love the video! Thanks! Where can you buy firebricks?

    • @faithfamilyafarm8549
      @faithfamilyafarm8549  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes! I’ve been adding crushed egg shells and coffee grounds from our pot:). It’s working for the ones I planted early spring:).
      I got my firebricks at a local Acme Brick location. They were just a few $ each. I would say any local brick source would have them for you!

    Faith, Loved what you did with the hydrangeas! I was searching fire bricks and there are a lot of different ones. ie, there was one that was lighter weight and some that I was uncertain could be used in the microwave. What kind and where did you find your bricks?

    • @faithfamilyafarm8549
      @faithfamilyafarm8549  Před 2 lety +1

      I found mine at a local Acme bricks. I’m not sure if they’re anything special per say-I just asked for fire bricks and they knew exactly what I wanted. Super inexpensive too! Hope you find them and I’d love to hear how yours turn out! We’ve been in this remodel for so long but I have a bin full of dried hydrangeas that need framing even still!

    Thanks for the step by step instructions. Your pictures are going to look lovely with your wallpaper. Please don’t take this as snarky criticism because it definitely isn’t meant to be but you talk a little fast and it is hard for an older person like myself to understand some things you say. Maybe slow down a little bit honey.

    • @faithfamilyafarm8549
      @faithfamilyafarm8549  Před 2 lety

      Not snarky at all:). My mom has told me that my whole life! I try to do better then forget! Lol. I’m always nonstop but it helps to hear that too on your end! I’ll keep working on it:). Thanks for watching!
