  • All is Mind. Your mind creates the reality you are experiencing through you're subconscious beliefs and conscious thoughts. In this video I talk about the two parts of the mind (sub conscious and conscious) and why/how they might be working against you in large part without you even realizing it.
    Once you have that understanding, you gain awareness and power over the stressful reality you may experience over and over again. You're mind as a child was used for imagination and thinking beautiful things and over time it was programmed to be in fear, lack, and limitation. All of the self development books, seminars, lectures, and videos in the world will do nothing for you if the information doesn't make it into your subconscious. It will just be a temporary endorphin high only to go back a few days later to the old ways.
    CONSISTENCY is how you program new thoughts/ideas/way of being. You have to become the new person through all the choices you make day to day. Just like if you're not consistent with a good diet and exercise your body will will not look and work the way you want it to. The same is with the mind.

    This is very good! You really covered a lot, including understanding that if the changes don’t appear immediately, that doesn’t mean they’re not cued up, and to keep going. I think that’s an important part of deliberately creating our experiences. Well done.
