Hey.

I love this video it just showed up in my feed as soon as I got up from laying down listening to binaural beats trying to have an out of body experience. I call this reality my personal Holodeck. I have had experiences with entities in out of body states too many too count. You are correct in that once you learn how to open your energy up to the other dimensions you can see or sense those entities easier. This video is a perfect explanation of how to deal with them. The other thing I want to say is good job remembering who you are so young. So many get lost in the illusion and pain here and forget why they came. I will post an example of one of my run ins with a particular entity in this comment. I have been having out of body experiences since around 2001. I found Robert Monroe and his Institute many years ago and read all his books which confirmed many of my experiences. I have been many places while of body and seen many weird beings. I have a few times in my life experienced demonic beings, I use this term because they evoke a certain feeling and picture. Since I moved to Washington, I have been terribly depressed and even suicidal. I have not felt this way since I was a teenager. The crazy thing is I know I am supposed to be here and am fulfilling my purpose. So my suicidal reasoning is always based on feelings of purposelessness like why even bother, being here serves no real lasting purpose and due to this I was drinking a lot it seems to ease the uncomfortable mental state. This occurred in July 2019 While sleeping I got that sensation you get when you feel like you are falling in your sleep it startled me awake which caused my whole body to tense up. Right after I had that falling feeling a demonic picture flashed across my mental screen and then this feeling of fear and foreboding came on me and then another picture flashed, and it was like a geometric/sigil shape. I had a terrible sense of fear flood me, but then right after I felt the vibrations running up and down my body and I knew I would be able to have an OOBE. So, I pulled the vibrations in to make them stronger and I started trying to roll out of my body. I was struggling to get out and focusing on the lower part of my body as I was looking at my leg area because that part was out and floating up as I finally was able to get out I looked up, I saw this thing from nightmares right above me (it was black and had the jagged pointy blood red teeth) it grabbed me and was able to latch on to what felt like my arm area at first I got scared and then I got pissed because I knew deep down it shouldn't really have any power over me. What concerned me was I have never had something on the other side be able to grab me and hang on. The other interesting thing was in the 7 years I have been with my boyfriend I have come out of my body hundreds of times and never saw him come out of his but this time as he was laying on his stomach while I was trying to get the thing off me my boyfriend’s astral form rose up from the top portion of his body, he looked like he was in a trance and confused, then he sank back down into his body at that point I was able to get the thing off me and go back into my body. I had a realization that it may be the reason I was having suicidal issues and drinking too much. This attachment concerned me in that I wanted to get back out of my body and see if it’s still around, but I was not able to. This out of body experience was just the beginning of a long realization along with being led afterwards to some long sought-after answers. It took me several months to find out that the second image I saw was the sigil of Ameth. This is how slow learning/understanding/wisdom can take. I have not had traditional teachers; I am only following an inner guidance. This guidance goes as slow or fast as I allow and can keep up. I finally understood and learned the sigil was given to me just prior to my run in with that entity as a way to protect myself by calling on the archangels for protection and guidance. Learning the lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram (LBRP), the cardinal directions, the archangels assigned, and all other pertinent info has helped me.

This is the best description of it heard of so far of how to deal with these things. You say it perfectly, especially when you said “come here let me give you some love” I so love that Thank you, I am a healer and I have had these energy encounters and it can effect your life you let it, just be love and they will dissipate 🙌🤍🙏

I tried to tell my family this last year and they called me a devil worshipper and no longer speak to me lol was an interesting ride for sure. I no longer have the fears i did before. I also want to say I'm so glad to see somebody so young waking up to our light so early in life. For me I was in my mid thirties, and now in my mid forties I'm still learning more and more about my divine spark, and finally at a place in life where I'm not seeking my purpose anymore, I'm not lost, I understand why I'm here. I don't have to go out and change the world, I just have to Hold the Light high and bright for those around me to see. And that also means I am surrounded by those who need my light the most because there are shrouded in darkness unable to see there own light!

Ironic, I have no idea who you are, never watched you before, but this video popped up the min I opened the app this morning! And it gave me a solution to a difficult negative person I'm dealing with. Im just going to imagine projectile vomiting peace love and light at them!

That must have been a sheer horrifying experience. And you’re right about bringing light to the darkness. It reminds me of Rhonda Byrnes process of welcoming negative emotion, any type of negative emotion. What we resist persists, so welcoming negative emotion resolves it.

Every choice we make generates a corresponding timeline of experience. Is the resulting narrative a limit or creative guideline? No wrong answer - only another choice. When experience contains awareness there is chaos, bondage, reaction. When awareness contains experience there is order, Sovereignty, response. Now is eternal. Past, present and future are temporal.

This title caught my eye bc I have levels of dream worlds. Clearly distinct from each other. Unfortunately...usually I'm in lower realms and working to develop certain discipline so my dreams i can go back into the upper/higher realm.

I am wondering about being authentic (within the context of personal relationships) at the risk of being too "overwhelming". Does that make sense? Is there a balance to be struck there? I find myself filtering myself and being as authentic as I can but also worrying that I am too intense or too much for people.

Hi Sean! I just found you today. I love Bashar and Caroline Myss, so it was nice to hear you talk about them. You mentioned not spending our time listening to content. I would say that people should do whatever they can to feel good, so I listen to those who are uplifting, such as Rhonda Byrne. She just makes me feel good. Focusing and writing new scripts in the morning is enormously helpful. And you also mentioned mushrooms. I have been seeking out someone, in fact today, that could be with me during my first experience, like a guide. I’m not sure how to go about this. My reason for wanting to do it is has to do with something that has been so painful for the past 14 years. I’m thinking mushrooms may be able to help. Any suggestions? Oh, I also study a course in miracles, on and off for the past 25 years. I find it very helpful. Thanks for what you’re doing.

My limitations running the show were mainly around money and self doubt. Once those things are solved then I can live the way I want. I can't have confidence in myself because I doubt so I have to work on that first! Opposite of what I intended to create!
