Is there any doubt that without "an immaculate" curriculum for re-education, being a soldier is being a dark age, married-to-a-timeshare refugee who is in the middle of a political demonstration and making that stupid face (you know the face)?
I hope, for your sake, you convert to Christianity, Yeonmi Park. God bless you.
Kenneth Bae is from my town! 😊
What a hero and courageous man.
✝️
Even the devil knew who Jesus was and feared him! What an irony that the regime actually knows the power of true light and fears it. Darkness can never overcome light. This interview was such an encouragement, thank you Yeonmi! Let us keep praying for NK unceasingly 🙏🕊
This is incredible. A missionary serving time like that in a labor camp, that's so awful. For anyone. Everyone. That's someone I'd like to meet as well. :)
Hey, thanks for your video.
Great interview. I've followed him since they imprisoned him and i prayed for him. So glad to hear his story finally and that he is doing so well.
This guy is amazing. May God Bless You Mr. Ken Bae, send love from the Philippines.
Thank you Yeonmi. I LOVE you. You are so fucking brave and strong. You are a true inspiration. I don't know why you're not even more famous. You are loved!!!!!!!!
Thank you Miss Park for this interview. My family sometimes have a prayer meeting and we to pray for the North Koreans. The English ministry. Pray for the North Koreans. Not only that but pray for all the sufferings and tribulations that goes on in this world. Thank you Miss Park for showing this interview. God Bless.
This was great! Thank you for being bold enough to post it! God bless you both!
Kenneth Bae! I've wondered how this gentleman has been doing. Great interview, Yeomni! As much as I like what you have to say, today I give you even more credit for your ability to listen & let Mr. Bae share his story. Many hosts talk over their guests or try to force them to wrap up. Not you, you let your guest have the stage. Thanks for continously producing genuine, heartfelt content. ♡♡
If this doesn’t convince the free world to take major action, then I don’t know what will
It's rather difficult to take major (or any) action against unscrupulous sadists with nuclear weapons. It could be a serious health hazard.
This is a lesson about why it is bad to imitate a system that is the biggest proven failure in history.
The trashy geeks on CNN, College campuses and Hollywood may be stupid, evil and neurotic, but they don't have nukes.
Yet....
Spread this message and fight for what is right here at home!
Exactly.
@@parrotraiser6541 Kim hasn't even proven he has the nukes to make it to any enemy land, except Japan. He might have a couple missiles, but he'd have to think twice when he has HUNDREDS pointed back at him.
@@macD723 As they used to say, it only takes one nuclear weapon to ruin your whole day. One would probably flatten Pyongyang, and the rest of the country's as derelict as it can get anyway.
In addition to the nuclear weapons, all of Seoul is vulnerably to artillery that the DPRK has buried in a mountain just across the border.
The fact that he survived to testify is a miracle in itself! Thank you God and thank you both for standing up against such evil! God bless you both and North Korea.
He hit the nail on the head...the NK regime is more afraid of religion than any military threat. And there is no military threat unless NK attacks someone...and the regime has it so good they won't do anything to upset the applecart. This guy looks great for his age; he must be blessed!
Thank you for having Kenneth Bae on. I hadn't heard his story, other then being freed from North Korea.
RESPECT, SIR. yes, it was largely the contemplating of north Korea and china's treatment of Christians that called me to reassess going back to Christianity. I tell people that in these countries there are underground congregations that feel so strongly about what they have experienced with Jesus that it has moved them to risk their lives and sometimes the next generation also to practice this together. I ask, if Jesus is some myth, story, whatever, do you really think anyone would risk torture, execution, ect if there wasn't a very real phenomenon being experienced. you sir, have been an inspiration for me even though I was not aware of your existence.
Jesus is amazing. God has answered SO many of my prayers directly for myself and my family and friends. I believe in miracles because I’m a miracle myself :)
Praise God
Amen
Countless have suffered and died for thousands of religions before and after Christianity. Are they all correct?? Human being have even suffered for cult leaders. Our brains are wired to succumb to anything we perceive as a higher authority
@Francescojg the question is then what/who is being perceived, not just the mere feature of perception
Kenneth's book is a very interesting read. I can't recommend enough.
Thank you so much for your critical perspectives and sharing this information
God bless Kenneth Bae, and also Yeonmi Park! What courage you both exemplify. This was an excellent interview.
Wow. I am not at all religious but wow this interview moved me soooo much. What an incredible inspiring story. Thank you as always!!!!
"DITTO!"
This guy is a lot stronger than I could have ever been. Wow.
Can’t help but crack up a bit of the thought of Jesus and Kim Jong Un’s names being interchangeable in NK worship songs.
Wow. Thank you for this Yeonmi What a warrior. He truly knows the promise and provisions of God🙏🏽 I despise that he had to experience this, however He is a true missionary
What an amazing man to have survived such cruel treatment.

i may be an atheist, but i am so proud and amazed by him :)
great interview, very enlightening - thank you
I’m happy you are now at home! God bless you and your loved ones!
Thank you for this amazing interview!🙏🏻❤️
Hello Yeonmi! I always love your videos. You and Kenneth are brave.
I’m so glad you are able to share your personal testimony & relationship guided thru darkness by our Heavenly Father ❤️🤙🏻
Thanks for the video!
We need to pray for NK.
Wow! Just wow! Thank you for interviewing this guest!!!
Wow he is a powerful witness he is very brave God bless
Greatly appreciate this encouraging video. Thank you.
Thanks for this interview
What a great man. He has courage. Those people really needed someone like him. He gave hope to people without hope. I bet when he got home after his captivity he went to an ALL YOU CAN EAT buffet.
Thank you for sharing this testimony!
I read his book! His story of resilience and faith is amazing ❤️ God bless that man.
I ended up buying a nice hard cover of his book, reading it and then donating it to my community in a "take a book, leave a book" setup that my neighbor had put up.
Great interview and great story.
Thank you for your channel and spreading awareness. I am reminded of the quote "knowledge is power" which given the circumstances is a bit cringey. But as in how people knowing about this is such an important component and you are setting that foundation where, in time it will e common known and with all that support, the power will shift so that it is the masses who can initiate positive change.
You are so amazing for taking the time and efforts to do this for everyone. You are helping to build the foundation on which future change can occur. Without your support (and others who are supporting the cause) there would be no change. You are a part of the history of change. : )
You are truly inspiring and remind me that there are genuine, loving people in this world who assist bc they care about other people that they don't even know. It takes a special person with much wisdom and perspective to be so selfless.
Stay strong and sweet, : )
Best,
Lily
(PS, many apologies if any part of my text is off--I am incredibly tired and used up the last of my brain trying to write this, so no proofreading to ensure my writing is clear and corrected of my many typos as my dingos are too fat for the phone keyboard--at least that's what the phone messaged to me. : )
All the best. : )
Incredible story 👏🏻 thanks Ms. Yeonmi
I love the part about what his mom brought him. God cares for the smallest of our desires 🥰❤️
Great conversation
A nearly hour-long video about a North Korean prisoner? Yeonmi, we are not worthy of your intelligence. God bless you!
Good interview 👍
May God continue to bless this man and may God give us the power to free the North Koreans without war.
You can not stop believers from praying. This will remind me to keep the people of North Korea close to my heart always and pray always.
You are doing a great job
Amazing testimony. Thanks so much!
This is fascinating and hearing this from a devoted Christian is interesting, the fact that God played such a huge roll in his coping leaves me wondering how someone who has no religious beliefs would cope.
I actually looked this up on Google the other day and it said on average people with faith lived around 4 years longer than those without.
@@lauverr3808that's amazing, I can't help wonder how I would fair in such a situation as a Buddhists but not devout
I'm not religious, but I admire the will power of people who believe in God.
I don't believe in God or heaven. That makes me more determined to live, in my opinion. Once I'm dead I'm gone so I will fight as hard as I can to avoid the void.
If I believed in heaven, why wouldn't I be keen to go there? Makes no sense to me.
Great job.
Much respect!
Thank you 🙏 ❤️
Thanks
BIG RESPECT TO HIM God is really proud of him and God helped him survive the labor camps
@bina nocht ppl go through suffering in life. We all do. To not endure suffering is to not be human. Don’t belittle or mock my God. He has literally saved my life so many times.
@bina nocht I’m not. I’m just making a point that everyone goes to their hard trials and tribulations. How? We don’t know. I have my own suffering daily. Not it’s not prison, but suffering is suffering.
So glad god created all those people knowing they’d suffer until death… this is a great being
@@Francescojg you don’t get it. Just stop.
@@Komerican10 you’re right I don’t understand how an all knowing and all powerful eternal being would make that decision (and continue to make it throughout the last 10s of thousands of years across all civilisations). I mean I hope that if you had the ability to control the suffering of innocent people and innocent children that you’d choose for them to not suffer??? It would be pure evil if you did otherwise yer
This is amazing! So cool to see what God did! Thank you for having him on!
Hi Yeonmi great video. Please do one about the South Korea presidential election
God helped you get through Hell. God bless you, Sir 🙏🏻
Hi Kenneth! 🙏
Superrrb Awesome Fantastic video
amazing testimony!! Glory to God Almighty!!
Not forgotten good title I need to read the book.
Amazing story. I just shared this episode with my Christian book club.
Thank you my love.
Hi 👋 I just watched the first 6 minutes of this interview and it’s SO interesting!! Thank you dear Yeonmi for bringing this to us. I’m looking forward to watching the rest of the interview later tonight.
Respecting you
Wow what a powerful story this hit me hard this man is amazing we all need to do our bit to help support the people of North Korea 🙏
I love you sister!❤️
Is the Church groing in North Korea , there is hope even in the darkests places.
The light Will always concer the dark 🌞
Love from🇸🇪🌏🇰🇵
God bless the Kim dynasty and the human race
The univerce and all its content,
that holds the future for all life❤️
North Korea 🇰🇵 is the most isolated country in the world, but god is going to help us pray for people who are in North Korea 🇰🇵 .
Prayer really does matter and help. I'm starting a prayer circle to pray for the whole world. 🙏 💞
So good
You're best
Bought the audiobook from audible sir! Yeonmi, audible version?
Just incredible to hear his story of imprisonment and faith. What a powerful and moving story. His story shows the power of faith and prayer. Very touching and moving video. Loved it.
Thank You both for making me aware. Prayers, and hugs for you , and Yeonmi, and N.Korea. praying Kim & his family find Jesus
Thanks for sharing Jesus Christ. This is my first time hearing you Speak of Jesus Christ..
I was blessed by his testimony, God is not done with North Korea.
Amazing how he got letters, visitors, a defender, and he got out of prison. All the other stories I have heard about N. K. prisons are very different tragic stories. Seems like he is getting to know all the N.K. people who have escaped. Odd too how the N.K. officials thought it was great to support reunification of the Koreas... I thought the N.K. elites had no interest in that at all.
there are stories too of prisoners who make a deal with the officials, and get out.
This is good story that I like thank you
It’s surprising to me that he would ever be released. You would think they’d not want you to talk about the conditions in their camps to the world.
" I felt like it was God speaking to me. One person can make a difference."
"My grace is more then enough for you. Fix your eye on me."
Wow!!!
Wow! Interesting philosophy.Glad u got out of there alive sir.

Upon arriving in Pyongyang with two medical staff on a special U.S. Air Force plane on June 12, 2017, Special Representative Joseph Yoon left for the U.S. with Auto Warmbier after hours of negotiations. It was later revealed that North Korea demanded $2 million (KRW 2.3 billion) from the U.S. as a condition for Warmbier's release, and that Ambassador Joseph Yoon accepted North Korea's request with President Trump's permission. Controversy has also arisen in the United States because President Trump pledged not to pay for the hostage no matter what. Later, it turned out that this was Warmbier's medical expenses.
Warmbier returned to the U.S. on the 13th with envoy Joseph Yoon and medical staff, and was found to be in fact a vegetative state, shocking the world. When asked by a U.S. doctor who first arrived in North Korea, North Korean medical staff claimed that Warmbier fell into "Botulinus Addiction," a food poisoning, or overdosed on tranquilizers, was a problem. Don't go to North Korea.
Very few people sentenced to North Korean labor camps with hope of release make it out of their sentence alive.
So nice video i am your new subscriber this is nice channel i watch your video first video hello mam 👋👋👋👋 love for india 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Yes you are right
The energy and time used to brain wash people is alarming and amazing! Why doesn't he just spread love and do the right thing for his country? People will be more greatful to him this way!!
God is amazing! He hears even the silent prayers. Definitely a very clear sign that God was with you the entire time you were in prison.
God is good! As a Christian I appreciate your testimony so much!
Hey Yeonmi 🙂 how're you doing
Praise the lord what a powerful testimony God has showed great mercy towards this man & he is the same God that can show mercy to the North Korean people and the rest of the world God bless you
