I used to work at a teaching hospital and there were many immigrants. I got to know people from Sudan, Venezuela, Vietnam, etc.. There’s areas all over America like what you described in Chicago. Florida and New York have them as well. Chicago also have more safer areas as well. There’s always japan if you’re concerned about safety. I was there recently for two weeks. Really clean there too. Young kids walk the streets on their to get to school and such.
