- Hey there! Just playing with some of the crystals that have been in a grid on my treatment table. So now I'm creating a space to work on a rollerball project and infusing it with some crystal love, lol! After the short introduction, it's all whispered up close, with lots of tinkling, crinkling, liquid and dropper sounds, little glass bottles, lots of crystals and counting. Sights and sounds for tingles and relaxation! xo

+lady Cat I've been creating this in my mind....it will happen somehow, lol. Five cats and three dogs, it may be a comedy! Abby is by far the most relaxed and peaceful and she loves ASMR. The others will have to have a little lavender on their paws first. :)

oh my goodness I love abbi, shes so beautiful. Ive recently moved out of home where we had 5 cats and I have none in my new apartment and it's very hard, so i love seeing other peoples cats, it helps fill the void

Hey, guess what? I remembered where I got the purple zippered case for the roller bottles! It was www.aroma2go.com There are SO many sites and I've checked out about 10 at least, so it took a while to find it, lol. Right now they only have tan and black but they are the same as this, it's called the 'Roll-On Bundle'.

+49ldavis Thank you! I am a wellness advocate with doTERRA for all my oils and the bottles are from several websites, this kit was on special somewhere at Christmas and I can't for the life of me remember the name.

Well.....beware of oils through Amazon. Bottles can be diluted and recapped as new. I found out the hard way. I love getting all the do dads there, sample bottles, spray bottles, little containers to make lip balm. Lots of fun stuff.

Hi, thank you! You can start with lots of free info through my DoTERRA site at www.mydoterra.com/dianefreespirit Don't buy anything there though, because it's retail price and I'd give you wholesale, lol. But there are lots of videos to watch and DIY ideas. The best book I've found is Modern Essentials published by Aroma Tools. It's a full sized textbook with lots of ideas about using oils, info about the chemistry and why they are therapeutic. Then they list all the single oils and all the blends and what they can do as well as a directory to look up symptoms and conditions that shows several choices of oils to try. Really good stuff and though it's a generic book (doesn't mention any brand), it is for use with all the DoTERRA oils. And if you want to expand the use of oils into the emotional healing, which is my favorite, check out the book Emotions and Essential Oils, A Modern Resource for Healing. This video is incredibly relaxing! I've just subscribed to your channel as a result. Your whispers are amazing.
One thing, though. I just recently discovered that essential oils are incredibly toxic to cats, some more so than others. My cat had a run in with some lavender (purely inhalation), and promptly began foaming at the mouth. It was terrifying. He's okay now, thankfully. I just wanted to relay this information in case you weren't aware (since your kitty was near to you in the video).

+Charlotte M Thanks for posting! I've actually used very diluted essential oil (ONLY doTERRA, in case someone wants to start something, lol. Other companies/other claims I have no clue about.) I let the animal tell me if they are ok with it. I never apply topically unless I've seen their response to it in the diffuser first. It's really dilute in a diffuser and they have the option to leave the room or be as close or far away as they please. When lavender is in the diffuser I can go to the other side of the house to record and all the cats and dogs choose to be near the diffuser! Five cats, three dogs, never had a reaction. I do occasionally wipe a very diluted drop of oil on one of my cats or dogs paws as appropriate for the situation (and I'd never use it regularly as their liver cannot metabolize the oils as quickly as humans). Of course, even the purest citrus oil is very bad for them topically and there are others, but I'm much more aware of possible sensitivity with cats than dogs even. I'd give far stronger warnings to people who use scented candles, air fresheners and the horrible plug in room deodorizers...nothing but synthetic toxins that eventually will do much greater damage. Thanks for bringing this up so I could explain my personal experience. I never advise or teach, just showing what I do and talking about my life, learning as I go. Hugs!

+helloyellow Trying hard to remember. There was a special offer on a site I usually don't buy from, but it was this with 8 rollerbottles included and a little diffuser for $20, so I had to! There are so many essential oil accessory websites, aromatouch.com, myoils.com but I can't remember this one.

Hi There! watching you explain crystals and your oils. Would like more detailed explaination of why you do the things you do. Not to be rude but what credentials do you have? Why should I trust what your saying? I have read a little on the power of crystals and our chakras. I want to feel the power of healing and not just lie to myself that I do feel the power.
Hi! This comment is really making me think! Why do I do these things, yes this made me think about who I am, so thank you. At first it kicked up my defenses, as though I should be insulted, but no I understand what you're asking now after I feel it for a minute. This is really just me, how I am, personally. I've been living with crystals for almost all my life. It's like an extension of me and I didn't know or feel a thing in the beginning, I just liked them. People take lots of classes and workshops, but I just go to gem shows and talk to vendors, I rockhound and I read lots of books and research when there's questions, but mainly it's experience. It's better for you not to try to believe. It's enough to enjoy the sight of them. I say in almost every crystal video, 'I am not an expert, this is not a tutorial, this is what I do in my own life', starting from my very first video. Everyone should learn and experience things for themselves and never let anyone tell you if that's right or wrong. You do not have to trust me in any way, for any reason. I know what I offer is real and doesn't carry any requirement to trust, I'm just telling a story of myself to help you relax and sleep or get the ASMR tingles. And honestly, I do not know why I do what I do, lol! That's the truth. When I play with crystals I just find myself very connected and focused. That's a place where you can heal yourself. But you can get there with many methods. Meditation, yoga, cooking, whatever. Oils, crystals, horses, nature, ASMR....these parts of my life put me in focus and connect my 'parts', hahaha, it makes me happy and keeps me healthy. xo

I am also a rock hound but my research into the depth of gem and minerals has only been recent. I watched your videos and you answered some questions I had. That made me think " Is she really into this or is it a scam to get money" I now know your really into this. I recently had a shoulder pain that would not go away. I read that turquoise could help. So I put on my necklace that I bought two decades ago and never wore it because of my work. The pain went away. Psycological maybe but it worked for me and made me believe in gem and minerals. Ahhhhhh, I had a feeling that you weren't here for the ASMR, lol! Well, there's info in my description, links to read about how some of us get physical sensations, maybe linked to memories, but such a deep relaxation and lessening of anxiety, when hearing or seeing certain triggers, such as a whispered voice, close personal attention, tapping or focused concentration on a project. It's been called Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. My actual goal in sharing these videos is to put my viewers to sleep if that is what they are needing, lol. There are millions of ASMR videos and when I began watching them for stress relief and relaxation, my favorites were always the very positive and uplifting ones, the ones that gave me sweet dreams. You can read about ASMR in my description, the quiet is intentional to help with relaxation and some of the movements and sounds will produce a euphoric feeling and tingles in people who experience ASMR. I'm one of them, lol and that's why I make these ASMR videos. What do you want to use crystals for? I don't have any that are main ones, I just play with all of mine for different reasons. This is just a demo of how I would set up a crystal pattern, but it's not really a class. I am doing this for myself and just sharing with others who are trying to decrease stress or beat insomnia. xo
well I would like to know the main crystals because i'm in rekie trainning and my grandmother is teaching me but im not sure witch ones are best.

There has been no evidence that "intention" can effect crystals, or for that matter that crystals give off energy you answered an earlier comment of mine about your degree in biology which is impressive 👍, however saying woo is real and using yourself as an authority is wrong and you should try to not misinform people

She's just saying her beliefs I don't think she's pushing them on anyone or misinforming people. Some people believe and some don't. I don't think she cares if her viewers do or not. I don't believe but I still love watching!
+Ty Jeffery As I said in the introduction, this is not a tutorial. I only share my life, my experience. Absolutely not trying to misinform, just having fun. But I disagree, intention IS everything and until you let go of limiting beliefs, you will not see the connection. There is more than to life than scientific proof. I mention my science background merely to share that I am a complex person, not just a 'woo woo' as you would label me. It does not offend me in the least, I even mentioned that in my very first video, lol. I've been called worse by many!
