Spring always goes so fast and to top it off I had back to back to back drama/illness/injury (all animal related) that demanded my full attention, physical, mental and spiritual! Really tested my inner guidance! My happy place/escape from reality started with my seeds germinating in the sunny window once I set up 'fencing' from the cats. Everything exploded from there and this compilation video shows you all I've accomplished since May. Not to mention my cousins place, what an inspiration! It's been rejuvenating to spend so much time with my hands and feet in the dirt. It's not much really I know, but with the intense weather we've gotten, I couldn't be prouder, lol. New Hampshire was the only place we visited in USA I liked possibly because I love Switzerland and it made me feel closer to that wonderful place but Enjoyed Maine too and whale watching at Cape Cod but could not get away from Boston fast enough. Not a city person.....lol.... but felt very unhappy and homesick indeed in California no matter which part of it we were in and vowed never to go back and even photos of our time there I hated looking at so didn't keep them. Strange how places influence us and always felt uncomfortable in USA, more of a foreigner there than in any non English speaking country. Nothing like home though...the comfort of seeing the lush green hills of the Yorkshire dales when we've been away is always such a relief. Love your voice, your videos, always have an air of serenity and calm.

Free Spirit, I can totally relate to your melted tape! I've done that more than once here in Lucerne Valley. 😂 I'm so happy you're gardening today. My husband and I have 10 acres out at the edge of town and I've been experimenting with what can grow on our property. I think about the sun and needing to make shade as it warms. You said you're also in the High Desert! What nursery did you find? I've been looking everywhere for a beautiful nursery here. It sounds like you had a lovely day, and your plants are beautiful.
