Hey all! Thanks for coming over! Here's a whispered video at my original treatment table that so many of you love. Today I was up early and wanted to get this made before I had all the fans going in here. It's been over 100 F today and about 80 in the house even with the cooler. We'll have a few more days like this so you may be seeing a few early morning or late night even outdoor videos for a bit, lol.
Enjoy the table sounds and the tapping, crinkling and crunchy sounds of a few more random items from my panty. I share some info about the items and stuff about my life at the moment. And there's a wee visit from a wee little kitten.

I feel like I've said it before, but I'll say it again: that table will never get old. It makes the tingliest sounds. Also, those Nature's Bakery fig bars are so delicious :)

the table is a staple for sure. It is jjust the perfect thing to relax to but the fingers and hands do all the magic. I agree.

Hi free spirit love you!! Thanks for the video. I grew up in Maine and I still live here, but I lived in Prescott Arizona for three years and I miss Arizona so much. Especially the monsoons. I have a four year old son I would love to be raising him there but Maine is nice too. The humidity has been crazy here this year! We swim a lot.
That is awesome! I do mostly enjoy the desert climate, especially over the humidity! But I do miss all the little New England towns. I used to go to Rangeley Lake and Mooselookmeguntic Lake canoeing and snowshoeing into my friend's family cabin. Good memories! 💓

Welcome!! I hope you'll enjoy my range of content. It's all the things in my life that make me happy! And to be honest, I don't really use recipes except for baking. I am always changing things based on what I have in the house. Which dish do you want to make, the stuffed cabbage or the casserole?
@@FreeSpiritASMR It was the cabbage casserole that I was referring to. I'm not much of a recipe follower either but was wondering what kind of seasonings you use for that.
@@Michelle-bk5uq I made this yesterday and remembered that I hadn't answered here! So I slice one thick 'steak' of cabbage, like 1-1.5 " thick, since it's just for me. Take out the core and put it in the casserole. I spread a good amount of either vegan mayo or yogurt over the cabbage. It helps soften the cabbage and then mixes into the juices to make a creamy gravy. Then it's whatever you like on top, usually I have thin slices of onion, thin slices of tomato, maybe some roasted bell pepper or raw pepper. I'll scatter some canned chickpeas around the cabbage and also some quinoa or tiny potatoes cut in half. Then sprinkle garlic powder, paprika and some tomato boullion or tomato paste and pour in about a cup of veggie stock. Cover really tightly with foil and air roast or bake at 400 F for 30 min. Check to be sure there's still liquid or add a bit. Cook for 20 min more and then remove foil, add cheese and cook for 10-15 min more till the cabbage is fork tender. Depending on what I add, it may take longer or less. Freaking gooooood! Let me know how you make yours!

Oh sorry! Thought I had responded! I mentioned that I would make a fig bar video, but I messed up the recording, oh no! And that was the last of my figs for this year. For sure next summer. 😄
