Here's a spontaneous visit to my crystal room, pardon the dust! This is a soft/whispered audio with a hand held camera recording.
I wanted to share with you the way I shift my vibration when I'm feeling out of sorts. This was just a few days ago when we had some horrible winds and my anxiety was pumping. Normally I'd go outdoors to feel more grounded, but it wasn't possible. Sooooooo, thanks to my sweet crystals that always uplift me and the sounds of the singing bowls that fill the house with peace!

I could never forget him, he was such an amazing being! He took his cues from my dogs, because he insisted on having the run of the land and house. I would send the dogs to get his attention and once he'd look over at me, I'd use 'sign language' that we made up. Such a beauty!

The weather has been giving me routine anxiety lately, too. On some level, I think it's good to be reminded about just what we've done to our planet. At the same time, I want to maintain gratitude toward nature and what it provides. It's just... hard under the circumstances
Agree! I know that there is more good than bad here, but constantly shifting our focus to the positive is an emotional challenge sometimes! Love always wins, though. 😘 💓

Thanks, yes I'm good. I feel so torn when I haven't made videos in a while because my lovely viewers are left wondering. But it's been an incredibly busy spring! By the time I have a moment to make a video, I'm passing out on the couch, lol. I really miss creating, but it's temporary for sure!

Its like waves right. Ups and downs in life. And mostly you can not expres the deepnes of those feelings to other people but some of us.
