Awwww, I really appreciate this! I have worked with crystals for a long time and they are my helpers. I love them for the beauty but also for their real qualities. Some like to sing together though, like small tumbled ones! I think it's different for lots of them but I have been known to just sit there caressing them, like stroking a cat, hahaha.

The carved carnelian piece is from Madagascar and it was a birthday present. You can find them sometimes at gem shows, they have many sizes too. My little carnelian heart was a gift from a sweet subscriber friend. Thanks for watching!

Thanks! Oh, that's great that you've found some relief with my videos, that's wonderful. The first thing that popped up in my mind for you is lepidolite, very good tool to have in addition to your medical care. Sometimes it comes with tourmaline in combination, that would be very grounding as well. Also look into essential oils! They are a great support for anxiety, depression, insomnia. Beautiful cat :)My husband is into crystals rocks and gems, I recently became cyrious about the true nature of their energy and meanings. I was wondering though which crystal or rock should not be paired together or with another?
Margo says thank you, lol! Well, personally I don't know of any combinations that would be 'bad' together, it is really more like they are activated by who is using them consciously. So there are times when certain crystals may 'trigger' a memory, emotion, whatever and if I'm not in the mood to face it or work through it, or be in that energy, then I will put that one somewhere else, lol. It's really interactive, so nothing will happen without your intention to work with it. So if it's a rough day, I wouldn't wear clear quartz as it acts as an amplifier of energy and I need to be mellow. So I'd use jasper or hematite, something with grounding qualities. When you get really into it, you get a sense of which crystals want to be together or moved, it's really amusing! 😊

Well, I know one book that would be great just in general, with lots of info to grow into. It's called Modern Essentials (A Contemporary Guide to the Therapeutic Use of Essential Oils). It's published by Aroma Tools (www.aromatools.com) but you can get it on Amazon too. I have given a bunch of these as gifts, it's awesome. There's info on lots of oils and you can look up conditions or symptoms or body systems for what to do. Really good and it's full of references to published scientific studies too, for geeks like me. 😊

Hello! Ah, I also have a BS in biology, lol! I had dreams of marine biology, but life took a left. 😊 Ended up running a fertility clinic lab, it was so long ago, the fertility field was basically brand new that I didn't need to be a med tech to do anything. I did it ALL, haha. But after many years I just had to be free of the hamster wheel. Life is very simple now but I have lots of stories!

I know how big you are into essential oils. I recently learned the can be dangerous to cats and have been known to cause liver damage. Have you heard this and/or looked into it before? ❤
Yes, that's correct! Especially toxic are the citrus oils and melaleuca. I only use oils that are greatly diluted with a carrier oil for cats and then just sparingly and then use none for days. They metabolize oils much slower than humans, so ya, it could cause damage if it's not pure essential oil or if it's not diluted with a carrier oil. And I have to say that I follow the guidelines and recommendations of the aromatherapists and chemists of doTERRA who are always sharing in the free groups and forums, I do a lot of reading. Mostly I diffuse oil here and all the cats and dogs have two or three rooms that they can be in if they wish to move away from the diffuser and I always watch them when I diffuse a new oil or blend. Even with the dogs I'm very cautious. I'm more likely to use coconut oil (whole) and colloidal silver with the little critters and keep the oils for me. Hi! Oh no, I used to collect stones and shells, but I learned all of this on my own as an adult. I only knew about essential oils as a kind of perfume, but once I started reading more I saw how empowering they are! Now I have a way to help myself, the animals and my friends to feel better and to heal. Combining the things I love is natural to me, so I like to learn by trying. I think that the oils, crystals and ASMR are very powerful healing tools to use together.

Does essential Oils make the crystals deformed? 😯
I think it might affect some crystals, but it was very dilute. Also the crystals I used were polished and had more of a smooth, less porous surface. The only one that I wiped off carefully was the selenite. But it was fine. Thanks for the question! 😊

Oh poor dear, lol! You need to find activity that bends you the other way!! How about painting ceilings? But really, when it's warm enough outside, it's great to lay down flat on the grass or sand and stretch out your arms over your head. I have to do that a lot, it really helps. xo (but keep watching my videos)

Hello! Thanks for the comment, I appreciate feedback. Can I ask, do you listen to my videos with headphones? My ASMR videos are recorded with very sensitive mics at the highest volume that I can without distortion and then I process them at 75% volume so that listeners still can increase or decrease as they like. I've really not heard this from anyone else and I don't want you to miss anything. Since I record for the ear to ear effect, it's best to use a headset or earbuds. Please let me know if that doesn't work, ok?
Too low volume
This is an ASMR video and is best listened to with headphones. There is information about ASMR in the description, the low volume is intentional for the purpose of relaxation with headphones. Try it again, it sounds really nice. :)
