    Indulge in a heavenly fusion of creamy cheesecake goodness with a touch of exotic lotus flavor! 🤤 Our Lotus Cheesecake is a true delight for your taste buds, blending the rich, velvety texture of cheesecake with the unique and irresistible taste of lotus biscuits.
    A Lotus Biscoff and Cream Cheese Cake Recipe 🧁
    Ingredients:
    - 200g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
    - 100g unsalted butter, melted
    - 500g cream cheese
    - 200g icing sugar
    - 300ml double cream
    - 1 tsp vanilla extract
    - Lotus Biscoff spread (optional for decoration)
    Instructions:
    1. Crush the Lotus Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs.
    2. Mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter and press into the base of a lined cake tin. Chill in the refrigerator.
    3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add icing sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
    4. In another bowl, whip the double cream until it forms stiff peaks.
    5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
    6. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
    7. Before serving, decorate the top with swirls of Lotus Biscoff spread or some crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits.
