تخم مرغ ۱
شکر ۱۰۰ گرم (نصف پیمانه سرخالی
وانیل ۱/۴ ق ج
روغن مایع ۵۰ گرم ۱/۴ پیمانه سرخالی
زعفرون ۲ ق غ
آرد سفید ۱۶۰ گرم ۱ پیمانه سرپر
بیکینگ پودر ۲ گرم نصف ق چ
پودر قند به مقدار لازم
آرد و بیکینگ پودر رو الک میکنیم و کنار میذاریم
تخم مرغ رو به همراه شکر و وانیل با دور تند همزن میزنیم تا
کرم رنگ و کشدار بشه
حتماً ظرف رو دورگیری میکنیم که تخم مرغ هم نخورده باقی
نمونه و بوی زحم نگیره
روغن مایع و زعفرون رو اضافه کرده و در حد مخلوط شدن هم
میزنیم. همزن رو کنار گذاشته و ترکیب آرد و بیکینگ پودر رو تو دو
مرحله روی مایه الک میکنیم و با لیسک هم میزنیم
لازم نیست زیاد هم زده بشه همین که خمیر جمع شد کافیه. از خمیر به اندازه گردو برمیداریم توی دست گرد و میکنیم و
توی پودر قند میغلطونیم
پودر قند برای ترک خوردن شیرینی هست و قابل حذفه. توی سینی کاغذکشی و چرب شده میچینیم.
و میذاریم تو فر ۱۷۰ درجه که از یه ربع قبل گرم شده به مدت ۱۰ دقیقه.
میذاریم ۱۰ دقیقه کمی خنک بشه بعد تکون میدیم.
همه ی کوکی ها نصف فرایند پختشون رو بیرون از فر انجام میدن ینی اول که از فر در میاد فکر میکنیم هنوز نپخته اما اگه
بیشتر بذاریم تو فر بمونه خشک میشه پس حتماً بعد از بیرون اومدن از فر باید حدود ۱۰ دقیقه در محیط بمونه بعد جابجا بشه.
