I have a corded Power supply that works with my Mast, but does not work with the Bishop RCA adapter. Yet, the external Cordless power supply by Mast works for the Bishop RCA. What gives?!

Point proven on my comment right here. You guys are NOT a small company, so the fact that almost everyone I know who uses Bishops says the same thing about being ignored. EXTREME bummer.
@@BishopTattooSupply I also emailed asking if the Da Vinci V2 shader needles would fit the shader power wand and if so would it work to make lines with the 3 needles that come with?

I am literally trying to charge my battery for the first time brand new out of the box and it does not charge!!!!
Sorry to hear about your battery, lithium ion cells may not work properly on a rare occasion. Visit our contact section on our website and one of our California Based customer service representatives can help you with a replacement.
Customer service said to me 10 days ago that they will send a replacement for my faulty battery… but now no more news …. And i can’t work with my shorty battery ! Bit desapointed with customer service communication

Same here, I sent them 2 mails how I am supposed to clean the inside of the machine but all I’m getting is ‘thanks for reaching out… video will be up soon‘ Like why is it sp hard to write a sentence on how to open the machine

How is your overall experience with the shorty battery pack? I intended to get the larger one for longer batterylife but the shorty one looks cooler. Does it really charge fully in 30 mins? And how long would you say you could tattoo with it? (The shorty one) thanks in advance if you decide to reply 🙏🏽
I just bought new power wand and it's not charging, big battery 5% and shorty is dead😢 WTF?! I don't have time for some customers support, I bought a new machine cause mine was stolen and new one is not working 😂
What the hell, it doesnt even work. The shorty battery doesnt WORK. i see why in the video it menions customer service or, "try the 2nd battery" or charge for 30mins

You guys should care more about your customers instead of the handful of your “bros” you guys are always promoting and talking about. I got into Bishop because it seemed like you guys really cared about the artist. Ever since you released the v2 battery it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone, get responses back, and now all of us who bought all that “old” stuff, we clearly don’t matter like the “elite” and those who have power wands. Rant aside, my liner motor is making a crappy noise but I’m afraid to send it in because you guys just don’t respond to anyone anymore, my wife’s pink battery is extremely poor made, and I’ve since moved on to DSM coils because, well, Dan doesn’t treat his customers like a-holes. Bummer about this company, seems you guys are getting too big for your britches.
