#dystopian #shortfilm #scary - Krátké a kreslené filmy
The little boy is so cute and just seemed to go with the flow so easily.. I loved it 👏👏👏❤️🧡
Thanks so much!
That was fantastic! I loved the actress' performance. This short gave you a different perspective about human relationships.
Thanks! Glad you liked it. This was a departure from our normal jump-scare fluff.
That was both touching and scary at the same time. I was on the edge of my seat through this whole film, so scared for both the mother and child...And that little boy was so cute and smart and the mother really strong and loving. I hope there is a second part to this someday, absolutely amazing!
Thanks so much. Glad you enjoyed it. It’s definitely a more timid horror film from us. We planned on expanding it, but it was just too difficult to do with the pandemic.
Oh, gods. That ending. I did not see that coming.
It definitely needs a part two. A continuance on their journey.
It’s more a proof of concept film. It is the beginning of something much bigger we hope to film.
Proof has most certainly been verified! I look forward to seeing more of this in the future.
Cute child! He looks like he's having too much fun!! 😄😄😄
Yeah. We had some long talks. He wasn’t really committing to the moment. I was going to fire him but I couldn’t find anyone else who would work for milk and graham crackers.
Awesome job! Loved the cinematography and the vibe of the whole thing. Great acting too!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
Loved this ❤ strong mum gorgeous little boy, loved her voice so soothing an relaxing, i always think to myself imagine being the last person alive how lonely you'd be even if you could have anything beyond your wildest dreams it wouldn't be worth it if you had nobody to share it with humans need contact.
OH MY G O D THAT LAST LINE
I really enjoyed this. It wasn’t at all what I expected but in a good way. The ending broke my heart for the mom. I know a lot of others have said we need a part two and I wholeheartedly agree. I found myself so invested in their story, I would love to know if she finds him a safe place. Just consider it please.
10:47 The true villain of this story XD
Loved this. Great work!
Thanks!
such a great film absolutely amazing actors well done little fella :] :]
Thanks!
Well done; I quite enjoyed watching this film. I would definitely like to see a part two showing the continuation of their journey.
Thanks. This was meant to be part of something bigger... then the pandemic hit.
@@GraveLakeMedia Maybe you can plan a sequel as your next project. Keep the excellent films coming!
First off, what R&E? Stands for ?
That scared the shit out of me… that pursuing moment in the ⛺️ was quite scary… amazing shot specially taking a baby on ur back all along….all the way through
I honestly wasn’t expecting like much particularly coz it’s too long to my like but it turned out to be a great and exciting movie…
Keep at it, you’re doing great this is literally ur territory
Thanks. We’re glad you liked it. R&E stands for Robert and Eleanor. Robert left the note in the barn. Eleanor was his zombie wife that he locked up. The zombie who tracked them down in the tent. The mom put that together when she reads the inscription on the ring.
Lovely little story. It needs a sequel. Great job.
Thanks. It’s meant to be the start of something bigger just don’t have the time or funds at the moment.
@@GraveLakeMedia That would be great. I hope things sort themselves out. If you need a hand with music & sound effects, feel free to get in touch. Have a lovely weekend!
Thanks! We will keep you in mind, just haven’t shot anything in a little while. Getting ready to get back to it, though.
He's such a sweet kid!
Well, we kept him well fed. When he's hungry he could play one of the zombies.
So she was bit and was trying to get her baby to safety or search for where to drop him. Great visuals and interesting story.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
I subscribed I want to see what you guys do next good luck with everything
Thanks for the sub!
Super di👍🏻
Thanks!
She's just about out of paper in her book, to write down everything. This is a sad movie. And good. I like the music, at the end of the movie. I had a Shazam it LOL😊
Glad you liked it. What did Shazam come up with? That’s a custom score for this film by Weary Pines.
@@GraveLakeMedia because you're welcome! I came up with up with. "Good Vibes Intense Phase 10". I also love the shot of the airplane ✈️ science and the shot from the lake. Little baby actress was cute and sweet, " look flashlight". And that railroad problem actually got fixed. Main actress was cute, pretty and Masculine. Well done 👍
Y'all are very talented!
Thanks!
Amazing 😭❤️
Thanks!
Sequel please!!!
😮❤😮
This was supposed to be a longer short with a more fleshed out ending, but Covid really killed that idea. We shot this 3 years ago now.
I would love to see some action from the zombies but good overall story....keep it up! I subbed too!
Thanks! This short was meant to be much more. We filmed it in the summer of 2020. In the height of Covid. We had to cut it short. We just couldn’t risk more cast and crew
That was a great movie!
If a sequel is to be released, I'm definetely watching it!
P.s. Is she what I'm thinking...? That would be bone chilling, giving the context!
Thanks! We short this in the summer of 2020. It was meant to be longer but the pandemic took its toll on production and I tried to fill in the blanks with her narration.
Yeah, she’s infected. Has to find a safe place for her son before she turns.
This was a really good story. Great job on it. I love your channel and have been watching hiut content for awhile now. 👍🏻 Cute baby 🍼 💟
Thanks! Glad you’re enjoying our stuff.
An amazingly good film in every way: plot, script, filming, acting, and direction. The ending was not what I would have expected, and by showing rather than telling enables the viewer to realise progressively what has happened. Some of the infected can read and remember for a while; they can appear normal, and can "even try to get a loved-one to safety before they turn". The viewer then sees the earlier action as presaging this. The husband of the zombie who sought her could not kill the only woman he had ever loved, Did compassion and love for her "turned" husband lead to her infection? Is compassion a fatal flaw in the new world order?
Will there be a sequel, or is this - as perhaps the ending might indicate - all finished?
Thank you for the thoughtful review. I’m glad you enjoyed the film. This was a proof of concept attempt that got cut short due to the pandemic. My intention was never to have her explain her situation from voice over, but since we never got further with it I had her add it. There was supposed to be an intense standoff at a cabin and at the outset the audience would realize she was infected when she walks right past a zombie. This is still probably my favorite film. It’s a slow burn that was meant to have a more climactic finish. We just never got there.
This was great! What camera did you use? Been wanting to make films but I can't decide what camera to start with. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks for any help you can give me.
We used a Canon C200. You can get great images from almost all the cameras coming out today. It's learning how to light your subjects that will separate you from amateurs. Watch tutorials on lighting and maybe skimp on the camera a bit to purchase a couple of nice lights.
Im sorry but babies are just too curious for the zombie apocalypse
Figured that would make it a little tougher to survive.

This.indiviuals,is carrying..a refigs, with her's, chatters, walking..on..a railed roads, she's, knows her's, parts..heard speeches, and is so..sad..it brings 😢..tears, to mine eyes..
I actually like this it kind of reminded me of The walking Dead TV show at season 1 The first beginning this was really good great job.. should have made a little bit longer though..😉😉
Thanks. We made this during the height of the pandemic. It was meant to be longer but we had to cut it short. Thanks for watching!
@@GraveLakeMedia hey I got a question... Would you guys ever film a movie like in Tampa Bay area or in the city of downtown Tampa and if you'll mind me asking how can I be in one of these movies I would like to be in one.. like what could I do.. I mean I'm very good at acting
Ho subito una sorta di fascinazione Peccato ...mi sarebbe piaciuto di più se con sottotitoli in italiano
What does R+E stand 4 does anybody know ???
The man who left the note was Robert. The infected woman chasing them was Eleanor. The inscription on her wedding band read R&E Forever.
So cute baby
Thanks! That’s my boy. He’ll be stuck acting in dads films for years.
What is his name
I mean the baby's name
Hes, a lad, oh I did'nt knows thought is a laddie, a girl, or boy,
Unbearably sad.
Incent girl death 😥

I found myself so invested in their story, I would love to know if she finds him a safe place. Just consider it please.
Thanks. This was meant to be a proof of concept film for a much larger story. Then the pandemic hit and we cut it back a lot. My sons already a year older now. I don’t think we will continue it any further.
@@GraveLakeMedia Even tho I’m disappointed to hear that I totally get it but just know you did an amazing job! Oh and your son is adorable and quiet a little actor😀
