Strange this video has no dislikes, coincidence? I think not.
Nope. People struggling with addiction.... do not need to believe in God. There is a while chapter in The Big Book callee the agnostic. If you insist on making a film about addiction, I suggest you do better research.
Have read the big book. Have worked the steps. My experience inspired me to write this. First of all, it’s fiction and I’m not pushing a message here. The woman who says you can’t find sobriety without God is the antagonist here. Her words are misleading and she’s not to be trusted. She gets what’s coming to her if you stick around.
Dinah just wanted a kiss. Awww.
I really loved this. I love found footage so there was a lot to love in this short. Very well acted. Great cinematography.

Not bad, but I feel like there´s a missed opportunity to research police procedures in just a LITTLE more depth. I mean come on, who would go to that house alone?
Obviously we’re hoping the audience suspends some disbelief here. But, in our defense, I did think the detective would almost feel responsible for his death with her mistake of getting too close. So she investigated his claims on her own out of remorse. Unless crimes took place there, the police wouldn’t investigate that property at all.

i had wasps in the chimney once and in the post-chimney-wasps landscape of my life i don't think even a ghost could get me to stick my head up there. but seriously this was a blast, i love both the concept and the execution. pour one out for our fallen bearded homie
that was a truly committed act of pencil violence *edit: just finished. really really fun! the vibe is great, concept is great, the ambiguous face in the shadows really got me in some kind of primal place where i desperately want a clearer view but my inability to get it amplifies the fear a lot. that thing moving around in the dark got me right in the flight response.

Well, she wasn’t trying to escape at first. Then she lost her flashlight and camera and couldn’t find her way back anyway. But yes, door windows are glass. We should’ve addressed it in dialogue and had her say they were reinforced or bullet proof.
I like to think Mia made some kind of "deal with the devil" off screen to trade herself out for Agatha.

never trust anyone who gets offended if you swear. there is no person on earth who both cares about something as stupid as swearing AND has their priorities straight. *edit now that it's finished* that was really really good, nails the grave encounters vibe but with the bonus of having a way better story. i think it's telling that almost every negative comment in here comes from people who barely seem like they know how to read.

That woman was bringing people there who were then forced to either sell a part of their soul or risk dying. She deserved to be locked in there.

It brings salvation within. Non of them are forced to go in, but once they do go in they’re forced to choose. Do the drugs or don’t. Sell your soul or don’t. That woman is evil because she doesn’t care either way. As stated, if you die in there your soul is trapped. Those people are stuck in a sort of limbo. A perpetual cruelty. Like the man in the tube asking for someone to kill him. This woman knows this and brings people there anyway. She does not care what happens to them and she misrepresents what they’re getting into.

Now this was enjoyable. Acting skills were sufficient to be believable. Special effects were worked really well and finally an ending that made sense.

This is great. How did you get access to this lighthouse? I've heard it's someones residence now. I grew up in Chardon and we went to Mentor Headlands all the time. I still go there.
Yes. The lighthouse is privately owned. Sheila, the owner, is always happy to give tours. Even had paranormal investigators stay the night. We stayed the night there while filming. You can usually contact her through the Facebook page for The Breakwater West if you have any questions.
