After the brine could you dry and salt the skin and maybe leave uncovered in the fridge for another night to dry out the skin or would the brine keep the skin too moist?
Chicken was fire but the rice looked dead, one big lump… 1 cup basmati to 1.5 cup water, salt, bring to boil, turn heat way down and cover and cook for 12mins. Leave it until you fluff it up and serve! 🤌🏼
