    • 바닐라 아이스크림 한공기
    만들기
    1. 노른자와 아이스크림을 섞어 5분간 약불에 끓인다
    2. 냉장고에 넣어 차갑게 한다
    3. 설탕을 위에 뿌리고 토치로 지진다 (캔들용 라이터, 또는 달군 숟가락도 가능한데 힘듦)

    순간 아이스크림이라고 해서 저게 될까 ? 생각해봤는데.... 예전에 아이스크림 만들어 봤을 때를 생각해보니 아이스크림 재료가 설탕, 생크림, 바닐라 향 등등이 들어갔....ㄹㅇ 크렘브륄레 반죽에 필요한 재료는 다 들어있었넼ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ진짜 베이킹 한번하려면 계량 엄청 해야하는데 아이스크림 하나랑 계란만 있으면 되니까 계량도 필요없고 너무 좋네여ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ진짜 똑똑하시다...

    여러분 혹시나 해서 말하는 건데 이거 만들다가 망하신분들(저는 가열과정에서 넘 많이 익혀버려서 계란찜이 되었습니다ㅠ)은 모닝빵이나 생지 잘라서 중간에 망한 브륄레 넣고 에어프라이기에 데우시면 에그타르트맛 납니다…저처럼 망하신 분들은 희망을 버리지 말고 이렇게 드셔보샤요개존맛이어서 눈물 흘렸어요

      냄비에 설탕이랑 꿀 물 아주 소량 넣으시고 끓이셔서 올리시면 곧바로 결정화되기때문애 깡 깰 수 있는 비주얼 돼요 ㅎㅎ 꿀이 있어야 천천히 굳기때문에 반드시 있어야 하구욤

    진짜 후딱만들고 완전 마싰어요ㅠㅠ 머랭 4번 실패한 전적이 있는 사람인디 한번에 성공했습니다 흐흐 짱마싰어요 토치없어서 설탕이랑 물섞어서 시럽만들어 부었는데 마싰습니다 그리고 계란노른자랑 섞기전에 아스크림 먼저 전자렌지에 좀 돌리고 섞으세여 전 노른자가 살짝 얼어서 덩어리 진 곳이 좀 있었어용 다들 꼭 해드십시요 정말. 맛있습니다.

    Attempted this for my dad's (early/Leap Year Baby) birthday today. Still waiting on it to cool so I can add the sugar and torch it, but the 'batter' tasted pretty great. I used 3 eggs and made a slightly larger amount. I'm going to demand a taste from him, just to be sure of how it turned out.

He ate the whole thing, and the little taste I got was so good that I ended up making myself another one that same night, and it, too, ended up being pretty delicious. I messed up on the first one with the brulee part, but the second one I nailed perfectly (do the sugar on top in thin layers, melting, then adding more, melting, then adding more...).

      @@JabbaFanzz Admittedly, I don't believe I've ever had a real creme brulee before, but my dad said it tasted good/like the ones he's had, if not better than some (although he has had in some mid-to-lower priced restaurants and I wouldn't doubt they use this same "recipe hack"). Idk if brand of ice cream matters, but I used Breyer's Vanilla Bean.

      You can melt the sugar on the stove and then pour it on the creme, let it sit for few mins or refrigerate and it’s ready! 🙈
