  • Guided progressive muscle relaxation is an exercise that helps improve awareness in your body by consciously tightening and relaxing muscles from head to toe. You will be guided through the process while working on calm breathing and focusing your thoughts on your muscles and how they feel. This video is a co-presentation of Classical Minnesota Public Radio and HealthPartners.

Relaxation bottom to top at a steady pace that doesn’t take too much time out of my day. No matter which others I try I always come back to this one.

A little rushed for me, but did a good job in helping me relax. Thank you!💕

    Hi Dave,
I have bad muscle pain. Lower back, hip legs. I have been walking. Doing stretch28ng and strenthening excercises. I love it. I cant get rid of it and now its hard to walk. So discouraged l feel like I will be in pain forever.

Too fast - I’d love it if it was just a little slower paced and more deep breathing at the start

Slightly too fast and not enough focus on starting with deep breathing
