    Great instruction. I'm curious who considers bitters without bittering agents still bitters? Wouldn't this just be an apple peel tincture? Regardless, appreciate your time and effort here. Lovely bar setup you have.

    I believe they are called tinctures when they aren't actually bitter, like the apple one. Nevertheless great video!

    Can i use bourbon 40% for that. i can find high Frool Proof in my country

      I don't knwo if you are around here anymore xd, but yes you can, you might just want to let it sit a bit longer due to the lower ABV, take into account the flavors of bourbon, as it won't be plain as if you were using neutral alcohol. Hope it helps
