What You Never Knew About The Queen & Philip's Relationship

  • Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip were married for more than half a century, and in that time they occupied specific roles in the royal family and each other's lives, while still maintaining a private affection that few could really appreciate. Sadly, Philip died in 2021, and the Queen had to learn a new way of living for what was essentially the first time in her adult life. The relationship between Elizabeth and Philip has been dramatized many times, most recently in Netflix's The Crown. However, those who really knew the dynamic they shared say that these stories never got to the heart of the matter. This is what you never knew about the Queen & Philip's relationship.

God save our Queen! We adore Queen Elizabeth & Prince Philip had the greatest personality, a very funny man & i think with his personality it helped Queen Elizabeth to become the down to earth & she's gotta very naughty personality too. We taught our children when they leave one another to finish with I love you. Now they're grown and we have grandchildren we finish with I love you. When we talk on the phone,it ends with I love you. It's all in Gods time ,when something happens to one there's no Did I even say I love you? Even our son in laws now say that.Bless you honey I know this is hard, but you will be with you're Prince again and never be separated again. In God's time, love and prayers to you .

It's okay for Queen Elizabeth to gush about Prince Phillip! She should be able to express the joy she felt for her husband! He was extremely good looking and had a great athletic form as a young man! When she had a young girl crush on him, that was something all teenagers go through. They did behave appropriately and waited to court when Queen Elizabeth was older.

Don't go as far as queen Victoria for relationship. Queen Alexandra, the mother of King George V, the tsarina Dagmar-(Maria), and King George I of Greece are siblings. That makes George V, Czar Nikolai and Andrew ( Philip's father and father in-law of q Elisabeth) first cousins. Therefore Philip is her father's,( K George VI, ) second cousin. Philip is also the grandson of Olga Constantineva, a Romanoff. Elisabeth is simply his niece from a second cousin.

Elizabeth 2nd and Prince Philip's relationship was between them. Since they died, there has been much publicity, not so much thought about why Elizabeth matters, and why the British monarchy is helpful in general. Britain’s monarchy shouldn’t be seen as real-life soap opera, nor should it be used merely to fill space in the media.
The achievement of the British monarchy should become clear in comparison with the histories of other countries. In the 19th & 20th centuries the U.S.A, France, Germany, Russia, Italy, Spain and Greece suffered in various ways civil wars, political storms, and dictatorships. This shows what can go wrong in the absence of a head of state which is above politics, and which opposes illegal dictatorship. If there are many reasons England, Wales, and Scotland have had no civil war since Culloden in 1746, having a constitutional monarchy to unify all the people is an important reason. In the UK, 'peace' in formal speech is "The King's Peace".
Of course King Charles' first marriage was a tragic mistake; Prince Andrew must disappear from public life; Prince Philip could be tactless. Whatever mistakes the royal family have made, let us be grateful for the unity the monarchy gives to the UK & the world. The sea around it didn't protect the U.S.A. against civil war in the 1860s, and the UK could have suffered civil war over slavery in the 19th century; or over world war, loss of empire, economic failure, or race in the 20th century. There will always be political violence and problems in the world, and billions of people who know or understand nothing of the British monarchy and the stability it brings Britain and the commonwealth (e.g. Canada & Australia). By stabilizing Britain & the commonwealth, it promotes peace in the world. Since the 1700s, billions of people have lived under the British crown without civil war, lynching, dictatorship in their lives. God save King Charles 3rd, and his successors.

What a sweet couple, they look good together, Queen knows a good man when she saw Prince Philip, it’s just a shame they couldn’t still be here to take care of HM, but if you were HM wouldn’t have pulled this shit on the Royals, Prince Philip told H not to,marry M he said one doesn’t marry a actress, well Harry ran n married M, HM started their plan to black mail family n Uk, as Prince lay in hospital bed, poor Queen was left to take care of this mess, iPrince Philip would of taken care of HM, I would of loved to see this I can already see the picture in my mind, HM they treated Queen horrible in her later days n HM new this,
HM need to be punish for this, I think they could find this heinous crime n punish HM
