Today, I figured I'd try for Warren County and it was sort of a bust. This 16V1T-B located on Highway H in Wright City hasn't worked properly for the past 2 years. However, recently I read on the Warren County EMA Facebook Page that the city had been performing maintenance on all 3 of Wright City's sirens. So today I'd figured I'd go check this one out and see if it was working. American Siren Productions filmed this back in February and it still wasn't fixed after he had filmed it almost 2 years ago. I contacted the city after the test and reported in that the siren wasn't functioning properly and they told me that the city is currently looking into getting new sirens to replace the 16V1T-B's. Sirens in Warren County are tested on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 10:00 AM weather permitting. Enjoy in HD!

That's creepy sounden
"when you don't want to test"
Normally it's the other way around; you almost never hear of these things getting replaced.
@@bruinhaleymusic Only problem is, that almost nothing lasts forever, and most of them were probably all put in around the same time, not to mention right around when they were popular as old outdoor warning system replacements, they were being manufactured at that time too. But if they were not that old, then they should be lasting some time.
batteries are probably dying.
It forgot to drink its coffee
(underpowered)
Edit: Also might be dying motor because of the pitch shift.
I Remember Being On I-70 And Seeing That Around 2016 Or Something!
May need a new battery
underpowered and dying batteries

This is a list of all the problems:
1. Chopper motor needs replaced
2. Needs new batteries or charge old
3. not getting enough voltage
4. Not getting enough air
5. Chopper damaged
6. Wire damaged
7. Possibly clogged
Or it could be it's under powered
or maybe it's all the above
