My two year old daughter always runs up to me after I complete a workout, and yells, "You did it!" and gives me a thumbs up or a hug.

I've been doing pop pilates for a couple of years now and these beginner videos is a great reminder of how far I've come. I used to struggle so much doing these and I went from 5 minute videos every day to now full hour workouts on the calendar! Goes to show if you stay consistent and do a little more each day you will get stronger and more confident in exercise. Thanks Cassey :)

I was just thinking I finally reached the point where the beginner's videos actually do feel like beginner's!
I used to do this a lot in high school but stopped for a few years once my family got a gym membership and now I'm in college with gyms there. I'm on break and the gym is expensive to check in without a membership so I decided to restart this. Now, I do lots and lots of running so I do almost all cardio and have neglected weights and core stuff since I used to get that workout at my old job. I can barely keep up with this now. Time to get going to catch up!
I'm on day 3 of the beginner's work out calendar and I only had to pause once throughout this whole video (just to get water). If anyone else is doing the challenge and reading this you're going to be okay ! Wish me luck before I move on to the 2nd video for the day lol

to others, this will be the video that will completely change their lives. a year ago, i did the 8 min abs (audition tape) vid of cassey and i continued to do her videos, did her calendar, and she changed my life.a year ago, i was underweight and i HATED food. cassey made working out, eating and fitness so enjoyable. i gained about 30lbs of healthy weight and i'm happier than ever. thank you cassey. thanks blogilates :)

I lost 11 kilos with Pop Pilates last year but kinda let myself go again, I haven't gained the weight back (thank goodness!) but I stopped working out... seeing this video on my sub box made me remember how good I felt after finishing your workouts, so let's try to do this! Thanks Cassey!

Guys! Pop Pilates really does make you stronger and stronger so fast! I remember when I did this before and felt like I was dying. Now I'm a little bored after doing it because it's so easy! Just believe me, your progress is there.

Guys! Just want to let you know that THIS WORKS. I started in January 2019 doing the calendar and I've lost 5 kilos. Yup! I don't diet, I just try to eat healthy and less. Drink water, actually a Korean tip is to drink 3L per day! Keep going!
I have been following your playlist for 3 weeks now with breaks for 2-3 days in the middle. Can proudly say, I could this workout without feeling tired. If anyone feels it is difficult, hang in there. Keep doing it, you will be able to do these workouts easily soon 😊

I've been doing them for about 3 weeks now! I usually do about 2-4 videos. My favorites are the Roar ab challenge and the 5 best butt exercises videos! They're hard enough to where I feel the burn but not too hard to the point where I have to constantly stop. I also try to go to the gym about once a week and do some cardio there because I hate cardio haha I hope I helped a little!

I've always struggled with the rollup or like doing a situp without anyone holding my legs but today it was like my abs woke up and released their full potential and I was just like whaaaaat??? I love the beginners workouts even though I'm not on the begginers calendar. When the pace is faster I find myself taking breaks and getting less reps in or not doing the move with perfect form so this is nice to get back to basics.
I'm so glad this is already easy for me 😊
I am coming to Pilates a bit late (just turned 40 last week) in 2021 - I decided to christen myself with this pop-pilates 'beginners' video. I am pleased to find a 10-15min full body workout as I am not fit by any means and the 30-45min long videos are too much! With this I can strengthen all over to get a good foundation.
Even at my age/level of fitness this was all doable to some extent.. meaning I could do at least SOME reps, except the 'roll up'.. yeah that wont be happening just yet.. will stick with just the 'roll down' for now! However the rest were fine allowing for leg (in)flexibility. so no straight legs here, but eventually..!
Is there such a thing a non-laying on the back video? Laying on my back then sitting up on the floor makes me feel faint, oddly doesnt happen in bed though :p I will be returning to this video though!
I started your workout calendar just last week and I couldn't do many moves without needing to cheat a little or quitting and now a week later I can do it and my core feels stronger and I feel much stronger in general. Glad I found your channel!!
I've been doing pilates for 2 years now, but over the last six months I really lost my focus with it. I concentrated on just my weight training and cardio instead of incorporating pilates just as regularly. So sad. But now that I'm getting back in the groove of doing pilates on a daily basis this video has helped me see that I lost not only my focus, but also my form! Super helpful. Even though it doesn't cover every move ever in the sense of form, it snaps you back into the reality of "Check yourself before you wreck yourself". Thanks so much for bringing it back to basics! It is literally almost 1:00 AM and I've just been looking on youtube for cool videos to watch and I ended up doing this workout and now I think that I'll be doing this workout every day so that I can get in shape . Also I have a goal to make sure that I fit into a specific dress by the end of summer to go to a wedding. I can't wait to keep doing this routine!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

July 4th!!! I love adding weight to hip thrusts, booty gains!!! BeFit has really good booty vids too if y'all are interested!
When I first started working out this was the only video I could do. Instead of trying a lot of different videos I just kept practicing this one. At first I could barely get through it! But in a few weeks I was able to start adding more videos. Now I'm at the point where this video is my go-to warm-up before I do my bodyweight circuit! Don't be intimidated by the time-she chats a bunch in the beginning and end so the workout itself is only around ~10 min. Just a reminder that sometimes baby steps is the best way to building a consistent workout routine. This will always be a favorite video of mine!
A podcast on inspiration and connection to the world around you would be super refreshing after workouts. Little things impacting the "bigger" world. Thanks so much for this awesome workout😊

I find it great that you came back to the basics as we tend to forget about the foundations. This was very fun to do. Your tank top is fabulous, I'm found of puns. You should make more of them! As for the podcasts, please do one on motivation, body positivity and confidence. How to make the most of your life would be a good topic too, I'm sure you will inspire us even more!
I work at a clothing store and I was wearing shorts, and a lady complimented my legs!! I was so surprised bc I've always been self conscious about my legs and told her it was all pilates when she asked what I did. Now I'm feeling more confident as I do these workout everyday!! Thanks Cassey!!!!

Loved this routine Cassie. I was doing your videos regularly, but then I hit an issue, my son stopped napping, and if I tried to do a workout, my son would come and climb on me. Now I'm able to start them up again, as I have purchased a gate so my son can't get out of his bedroom, and he gets some play time alone, and I get to fit in a workout! I chose this one as my first one.My aim is to get in 4 workouts a week using your videos, and get in walking as my cardio throughout the week too!

Teach me how to stop eating sweet especialy chocolate..I try but I am CONSTANTLY EATING everything I find...PLEASE HELP ME...TELL ME WHAT TO DOOO!!!
Try replacing those candy sugar cravings with fruits and yogurts etc. They'll get at your sweet tooth without ruining your day and making you feel guilty.
Trying cutting back the number of chocolates you eat in one day (try a reward system: complete a blogilates video eat a square of chocolate).
Also, try switching from milk to dark chocolate. There is this one called "chocolate bark" that is really tasty, it has nuts and sea salt in it, great to have a piece when you're craving chocolate! Dark chocolate will satisfy your cravings with a little less fat and calories than milk chocolate. Also, if you go for the fancier chocolates you might eat them slower because they can be more pricey!
And finally, you can still eat all your favorite treats, don't beat yourself up about it! Just try to watch how much you have in one day or one week, you'll be fine! Don't cut everything out all at once, by steps.
Selma Lekovic Find alternative rewards. No fruit, no other form of sugar. You're, for lack of a better word, addicted to and dependant on sugar. It's the brain's reward system for when you're [fill in blank: i.e. sad, stressed,...]. l You've trained it to act that way, and it's totally possible to retrain it. I cut out all sugar and replaced binge-eating chocolate when I had a craving with activities, like reading a page of a good book, going for a walk, anything enjoyable.
I'd also suggest you throw out the sweets (or if you're still living with your parents, tell them to hide them from you) and not buy any new ones. Oh, and don't go grocery-shopping when you're hungry, that always tempts me to go down the candy aisles ;)
Don't buy it! If it isn't in your house, you can't eat it. Don't go to the grocery store hungry, that'll make you buy junk food.
Just put the sweets and chocolate away! That simple! Or give it to your friends or ask your family to hide it from you. If you don't have chocolate you won't see it and you'll not eat it! Think about that you are stronger than that craving! This is what I did to my crave for chips: I placed my hand over it, thought a little bit and then just turned around and left it there. I was SO proud of my self!! Hope my tips could help you a little😊❤️💪
Selma Lekovic put little notes on the that say "x amount of calories!!" or "don't eat!!" on the item you want to stop eating. It'll remind you not to eat it :)

This is my first pilates videos, and I watched it twice before doing it. The roll up is very difficult so I ended up doing crunches instead. My breathing is all over the place, too. By the end of video I’m sweating all over my body except my stomach (expected) so I’m happy. Thank you so much for making this video, I love your positive attitude. I’m going to do next video tomorrow, start this journey slowly but (hopefully) surely. Thanks again!

Hey Cassie, I know this video is SUPER old so you might not see this comment, but my favorite videos of yours are this "take a slower and do the form properly" type style. In the fast paced ones I often find myself in such a rush to catch up that I don't do the moves properly!
Ugh it's so unfair how they can make XXL but not even XS, I mean, I know this is all about body positivity and people trying to lose weight with her help, but in my case, I'm a slim petite girl who wants a better figure, for me it's not about losing weight but gaining muscle and just living a healthier life. I know I'm being a bit selfish but I just thought that if bigger girls get a chance, why not smaller girls as well?

(correct me, please, if i misunderstood) but all the videos here are for gaining muscles. all the videos are about gaining muscles and becoming healthier, but it depends on your calorie intake and nutrition if you use them to lose or gain weight.

I started the calendar at the beginning of June! I love the peg lifts pull pull switch and the elbows together arm workout, I definitely felt that!
I'm a year late to the podcast discussion (do you have one already btw?) but I think it's a wonderful idea!! I listen to them all the time from music to fitness/business/entrepreneur related. I love Chalene Johnson's because she talks about so many topics from what's on her mind, to what she's passionate and good at and about what people want to hear. I feel you would have a lot of topics: fitness, beauty, inspiration, health, etc. I say just go with it and see where it takes you!!
