Welcome to another video here on the channel! In this video we cover a recently completed aluminum jon boat project, a custom 18ft Lowe Big Jon to bass boat build!
In this video I will give you an in depth look at the jon boat dream machine! This tour will feature the ins and outs of the custom fabricated rig. I'll explain the modifications done through out and some techniques used. I'll show you the final product of this build covering the exterior vinyl wrap, the Minn Kota Talons, the ePropulsion electric outboard set up, the custom routed Sea Dek, framing, decking, aluminum powdercoated lids, tournament livewell, custom cooler, dual rodlockers, tackle storage, battery storage, electronics, lights, graphs, trolling motor, cockpit and much much more!!!

do you never worry about the foam you use for the bottom melting if water mixed with gas ever makes its way into the boat like at a boat ramp or something, melting it.

No.
1) this boat goes in electric only lakes. No gas allowed
2) EVA foam is closed cell, so moisture (or gas) can't penetrate
