I bought a 10/22 at a pawn shop. The second I saw it I knew I had to buy it, old man at the shop didnt realize that the volquartsen trigger installed on it was worth more than a stock 10/22. Awesome trigger

I put just about 2k into my charger and It's just a range toy and I don't feel bad about it at all. The chargers in .22 are HIGHLY underrated.
I have that exact model with the pressure switch. Amazing
One thing with that 18650 Battery. Do not tighten the head down too tight . It made my light flicker when too tight.
I can't help but notice, shooting with a light on shows how many 22lr ricochets come back.
Subs, or short barrels don't always have enough ass to frag those bullets.
They don't come back with a lot of steam but they do come back....

Surefire said that this flashlight works with their UE Rear Cap for a pressure pad / Axon SL Switch. Sold!!!! I’m getting this along with Holosun LS117 G Laser. Get the Axon SL Duel Synk Switch for both to turn on simultaneously.
I don’t recall the model number, but the surefires we were issued required special very expensive batteries & they drained very quickly.
I’ve heard they have become more versatile & user-friendly.

I love my 640df and my steletto pro. Still prefer Streamlight pistol lights as well as the hl-x for budget rifle lights. But for my main squeeze rifle and edc light it's surefire or nothing.
I like Surefire but really wished they would include the tail switch instead of charging so much for a new tail cap and switch. I was going to get a mini scout but because of cost and accessories I went with Streamlight ProTac.
I love all my Surefires I dont care what anybody says!
I agree they are the only brand I go with.

I run this model on all of my AR's with a diffuser cover and a Unity Tactical hot button. I've yet to have one fail or malfunction on me through tens of thousands of rounds.
I noticed you changed your red dot sight from the Steiner MRS. Was there a problem with it? Why the switch?

1500 lumens with the rechargeable 18650. 1000 lumens with cr 123's. I have this exact light and love it, for shorter range. It has alot of flood and is blindingly bright but doesn't broadcast the light ideally down range.
What kind of boat do you have, Eric??

I run key-mod rails so I don't think I can run this unless I do use the 1 M-Lok rail I have but does anyone know if this light will work on a Key-Mod
You probably can't get a direct-to-keymod mount for it (maybe someone makes one, but I am not aware of it) but you can do something similar to what IV did in the video-attach a 1913 rail segment to your keymod and then attach the light to that with the included mount. That arrangement might seem like it will stand-off a lot from the rail, but with the new, pivoting mount, you can probably tuck it in as close as you could with a direct mount anyway.
Streamlight for me !!! I just can’t see shelling out 2-3 times more money for a surefire, when a streamlight will do the same thing, just as well and they’re just as reliable.
Same here… they are awesome but I can use that money much better for something I need… had my stream light 7 years with no problem

Pretty directional? No sir, these suckers are floody as hell. Checkout Modlite for a spotlight. PLHV2 or OKW head. Awesome 10/22 rig 👍

New surefire turbo series have much more focused beams. Comparable to modlite. Hopefully this one gets the turbo treatment soon!

As always I turn to you for good content. Then something funny happens, something CZcams wouldn't dare do to you, I find they are doing to smaller channels. The black powder channel, the Duelist1954 is under attack . One more strike and he is gone. Just a heads up, from a ten year sub.
I have used Olights on my pistols for years. With the magnetic charging, I love that I do not have to remove the light or take out a battery. If my light is still charging but I need my firearm immediately, it charges only held by a magnet.
And you can get a destructive device without having to go through any AFT forms!
Have several Olights both mounted and handheld and I think they are good serviceable lights.
I have two high end fighting shotguns and they just seem to require higher quality accessories.
With that said, the cost of the Surefires seem quite high and it is still just a flashlight.
As always the nicer the nice, the higher the price!
