    Mam, am just 38... Since yr am facing irregular periods.. As mother attend her menopause in 39..so with that note i went fsh lsh and other hormones test... It showed that am at early menopause stage... Values of test are below the specific ranges... Can u pls clarify my doubt what is early menopause pls explain

      Read about seed cycling and try to balance the hormones naturally. Meditate twice a day (morning and evening) for 30 mins. Try Heartfulness meditation.
