If you bought it from a third party seller, and the ID on it is one you DIDN'T put on yourself, then you probably need to return it and get your money back because you won't have the original receipt which is what you need. If you bought it though from a seller and you put the ID on it, and you just forget what the ID is, then you'll need to take a screen shot of your receipt and then follow the directions in the video. You can contact the seller as well to resend a receipt to your email.
