    Women don't generally stay long operating plants.They try to get themselves nice jobs on training or the safety dept. They don't like shift work and unsocial hours

    The position when the girl opened the valve is wrong position.. the right position from the right or left side of the valve not in from of it .. because some stem of valves fly away like 🚀

      My bf is in college for this, they make an assload of money and the schooling is only ab 2 years… the only downfall is the hours are weird but also have benefits

      I know in the Houston area process operators usually make 110,000 plus OT. Great pay for the amount of schooling you need

      Yup 100k without OT and 150k-200k with OT and we only work 9 months out the year
