Tewkesbury Abbey a summers solstice

Thursday 20 June marks summer solstice the height of summer which was celebrated by our ancestors through time join us in beautiful Tewkesbury to celebrate

Tewkesbury Abbey is a glorious place to visit. It is somewhere we have often paused at when travelling down the M5. It is a wonderful building with many stories to tell and beyond its precincts there are the pleasant riverside walks, perfect for stretching the legs. I enjoyed your aerial shots of Abbey and town.
