    you can always heat set the speedball ink in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees to make it dishwasher and hand wash safe

    I love this. I like to heat the vinyl with a blow dryer and then let it cool. It helps the adhesive stick better. It keeps the etching cream from leaking under the vinyl.

    Love this! I've been etching for years and use a popsicle stick, spread it on over the design one time and let it sit for 10 minutes then rinse. No problems and you don't risk moving the design. 😉

    I had to let you know..I started cricut as a hobby and watched you from day one. I was cruising youtube and found you. Because of you and what a awesome teacher you are I have been able to move into a small business style. I can't say how much I'm thankful that you take time out to teach others.     Great as always .
    Newbies using etching cream, always make sure not to accidentally move of the vinyl when moving cream around .
    ( learned through my own mistake).

    Oh My Goodness! I’m so so Glad I found you 🥰 I got Cricut in 2020 and it is still in box ☹️ Once I got it Opened box and got so much anxiety I put it back in box and away in my closet. You make it so easy to use Explain everything step by step that I will be bringing my Cricut out Today 😁 Thank you so much🥰

    I etched a black Dollar Tree mug back in July! Looked great! I like to put my mugs in the microwave to heat up coffee and hot cocoa, so I do not like using vinyl..... etching was a great option!

      Question...Doesn't etching remove the glaze on the mug so it's not waterproof anymore right? I love this idea. I know I've had some plates that the glaze cracked & even though I hand washed them they still had water get into the ceramic.

    I love this.....stencil and etch. Easy peasy. I loved when you put on the safety glasses. I work with elderly... when I put on the "getup" for covid they do not know who I am!!!
