I just wanna say before all the memes flood in, Tobirama isn’t racist against the Uchiha, thank you for coming to my Ted talk. I know it’s a big meme if not thee biggest meme in the community but I don’t believe he despised them. Racism comes from not only hatred but mainly ignorance and Tobi was way too smart to be blinded like his father and other clan members. Minato was ruthless, but he wasn’t heartless. Plus, he would probably see the death of the Uchiha as a huge loss for the village. Also Tobirama was literally pleading for Madara to not kill Sasuke, and even explicitly said he didn’t (entirely) hate the Uchiha. Seeing as the whole point of the village was to stop children from getting killed in war, and break the cycle of vengeance, I highly doubt Tobirama would betray his values like that.

I think Tobirama would actually turn out marginally better than Hiruzen. Because I think Danzo wouldn't try as hard to overrule Tobirama... And if that fails? I think his last resort would be a partial massacre. Where he and Itachi kill everyone involved with the massacre at night at blame it on Danzo (who they also killed) but spare the children and non-rebels. Minato I think would just last second save it through diplomacy knowing it'd only cause more issues. If he can't just say "no, it was a masked man" Tsunade? Minato is known as a genius and routinely has displayed he is forward thinking. He likely gets stopped by elders and danzo a lot but he would ultimately come to realize that war is a bad action killing them doesnt help so he would need to find a way to elim danzo. With danzo out of the way itachi or shisui or another uchiha is given the position as head of anbu/root. This will give them an inherent position of power where they can stand with minato. Who kight also increase the power that the uchiha leader might have just like tobirama might. 4. Tsunade probably fails to make any drastic changes. 5. Kakashi if hes still known as the copy ninja in the past knows the uchiha arent bad and will assist where he can but i feel like the elders and danzo cuck him if danzo isnt taken out somehow. He also would probably advocate for things to mostly stay as is but kight be more willing to allow an uchiha to be the next hokage. I forgot to say that with minato but minato and hashirama are likely to let that happen too. 6. Naruto doesnt just resolve the situation he talk no jutsus everyone to one table to actually have a sit down meeting and then catches danzo tryna do some shady shit cause shikamaru gave him the intel on the low low. So its not actually naruto that resolves it but shikamaru using naruto as a figure head.

Or would it be a plain and simple fait accompli with Uchiha clansmen occupying key infrastructure and assassinating the Elders, Danzo and Asuma to force Hiruzen to abdicate and legally hand power to Fugaku? I think it would be fun to try and map it out, especially seeing how much of the story in Naruto relies on the personal/familial connections of the characters. Would Jiraya still spy for an Uchiha-led Konohagakure? Maybe. Search for Tsunade probably never happens. The Uchihas might turn the Kageship hereditary like in Suna. How would their foreign policy change? Most important question though, who would have Itachi voted for? Obama or Mitt Romney?
The Fourth Great Shinobi War starts about 10 years early. I don't think anything happens to Naruto immediately, Fugaku can't just summon the Kyuubi while it's sealed, they would have to kidnap Naruto and extract it first. But the village gets attacked by other villages before he even gets a chance to arrange all that. Basically it's a mess. A giant World War pops off and Konoha is in a terrible position. Hard to say how long the war would last or how it would end, but it would be a bad situation with lots of casualties and the village would be devastated.
They’d probably get attacked like they worried about from the beginning. The other villages would see this a perfect opportunity with Konoha weaker than ever.
If I was hokage, I'd just make a apocalyptic scenario where the leaf would hold a succession tournaments. Leaf vs Uchiha vs every village. The reason is too show the Uchiha what lies after their attempted coop. Is either scare them into submission or cause the destruction of all village systems in the process. But having a last resort like that would come in handy 😂

While I do agree Tobirama would be okay with the Uchiha massacre, Tobirama is very factual. I don't think he would treat the Uchiha as bad as people think. I believe he would note that Danzo was the one who told the Uchiha to stand down instead of helping. He doesn't like them, but no way in hell would he let the village get destroyed if the Uchiha could end it in a couple of minutes.

What about the Fugaku Minato dynamic? Also the Uchiha would have technically killed Kushina. I think Minato probably would end up doing the Massacre or Rebellion over a peaceful solution.

While I do agree Tobirama would be okay with the Uchiha massacre, Tobirama is very factual. I don't think he would treat the Uchiha as bad as people think. I believe he would note that Danzo was the one who told the Uchiha to stand down instead of helping. He doesn't like them, but no way in hell would he let the village get destroyed if the Uchiha could end it in a couple of minutes.
