I really wish Lego would do more of what they've done with Owen here, instead of just more of... Owen.
I'm talking about the fact that the red plaid/flannel shirt he's wearing here is the same one he's wearing under his coat in the T.Rex Breakout Set. I wish Lego would do this more often when they do torso with cool prints that are obscured by a jacket or coat and release a second version of the torso without the jacket/coat.

That print could also be used to represent one of those weird singing bass decorations that used to be all over the place in the early 2000’s. Seriously, why did those things get so popular?

Wish it didn't have the truck and maybe only 1 figure so it could have been a $10 set
Hey Jang, thanks for your great reviews always! Regarding this set: at this point there is not a lot to those sets that make them any different from city sets except the mini figs and the dinos. That's a bit dissapointing I think. I know we're literally in Jurassic "World" right now, but I'm still missing sets that are unique to the brand.
I think this is one of the best pteranodon sets ever!

I want a bunch of sets from this theme but not for the dinos. Very interesting builds, pieces, and vehicles.

Cute lil set. Love that this wave is giving us Western fans some decent minifig torsos.
I actually expected it to be $30.
That fish tile is good for a fish mounted on a wall. Some people use them as a trophy/decoration, so will be a good alternative use (and one I will use if given the chance).
The base used for the jeep is interesting, A bit thin though, kind of an inbetween a quad and a jeep. I’d be curious to see a more "seriously" build jeep with the same base.
Controversial opinión: lego does a banger job with their pteranodon sets the only “bad” one would be the 2018+ set. In my opinion this is the second best lego pteranodon set and color scheme second the the set with the same name pteranodon chase from 2018 that’s the best pteranodon set and best pteranodon color scheme you cannot change my mind
Seeing as how Lego values their minifig's at $5 USD each, this is a reasonably priced set I'd say. That is however based on their idea of their own value.
If they do then that's nonsense on their part. You can still get a polybag with a minifig for 5 euro/dollar. The Collectible Minifigs are only priced that way because they somehow get away with it.

Seems ok for 20$ vehicle needed a few more pieces and stand need bit more in the back.
I never realized until this video when you showed the pteranodon close to the screen that the lego pteranodon has these weird fingers or bones inside their wings. I assume it's just how they produced them because both real pterosaurs and the movie versions don't have that.
Probably should have spotted this weirdness like a decade ago when they started using this mold but I only own 1 and seemed to have lost it
I really like the set for some reason, but I don't like the jeep build.

Not a fan of using whip as a rod. Even pole with rope would be better
that owen minifig looks a lot like jonathan kent from smallville.
