The first drink actually has alot of good herbs inside, And the alcohol could very well work as a mechanism to extract the nutrients. So I do believe the first one could be beneficial.

It's basically the equivalent of taking a few supplements 3 times a day with your meals.
All of these ingredients and components (the ones you can't find at your local supermarket) are found in most health & wellbeing stores, homeopathic apothecaries or ayurvedic pharmacies all around the globe.

This was a great episode Peter well done ! Please though try to still upload more of these videos even if they are going to get demonetised. I honestly think that it is very very sad that CZcams does not recommend these videos to anyone because of what is inside of them but if this same series achieves success on Netflix or Amazon prime then please re upload these videos on CZcams if you can. Keep doing what you do best Peter and I will be keen to watch the next episode with true enthusiasm.
