My experience,,, the cable scratchers lose their stiffness and just kinda flop around. The coil springs work best for me. skid scratchers and ski scratchers work very well together.
Cooling the engine, some old sleds had radiators... think JD, Kawasaki, Yamaha,Arctic cat and Rupp I may have missed some but you get the drift.does nothing for the hyfax though.
I believe some modern sleds too like the VK Professional by Yamaha, and a few other work sleds. They are the exception not the norm. I’ve see some aftermarket systems, but they don’t integrate well into the front of the sled.

@@W2HTLCA I actually saw a Yamaha ice oval racer where they circulated the water through the handlebars for actual hand warmers!
Where on the sled do these ice scratchers mount? It's hard to tell from the video.
